Having OV pains do I need to BD now or will it be okay tonight?

Okay so this morn I got a positive OPK (11 am not FMU) . . . this afternoon it's neg (not sure if it's because my urine is diluted though, I waited two hours but had 2 pints of water in this time :/ )

anyway I'm having OV pains right now . . . should we be BDing right now? or will it still be okay to do it tonight?


any response would be much appreciated feeling kinda lost atm!

Tonight is fine, since you ov 12-24 hours after getting a pos OPK. But make sure you BD today and tomorrow for good measure. Good luck!
