Having pid before inplantation

Yesterday I went to the ER because I was have trouble urinating. They diagnosed me with trichomoniasis and PID. I think they ran a pregnancy test on me but I do not know for sure. I had an ultrasound done also. I still have an overwhelming feeling that I am pregnant as I was having symptoms but its still to early to tell as AF isn't due for another week. I am on antibiotics but I want to know is there still a chance I could be pregnant even with all these complications. I had no damage done by PID except for a little bruising on my cervix which I think may have come from intercourse. What should I do ?
