Help pregnancy test faintly positive?? Or am I seeing things

I got my mirena coil out 3 and half weeks ago, no period since just a light bleed when first removed. I done a pg test last weekend which was bfn and yesterday I done a clear blue which was also bfn but today in work I start getting sick so bought one more test and its light BFP. Can you see it too or am I imagining it?? I'm having bad pain in my right ovary area too 😣 I dunno what to think. I also have loads of pregnancy symptoms but had diorehha and some vomiting, back pain and I was sweating 😷 and really windy 😷 I had the vomiting and diorehha before on each pregnancy but not the sweating or windyness

Aww no!! I'm not sure what to say. Hopefully some other ladies will be able to give you some advice
