Help with Lilypie ticker

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this question but...

I see all you ladies with those cute little Lilypie tickers to track your cycle or how long you have been trying to conceive and I think they are absolutely adorable!

Anyways, I made one for myself, and now I am having a hell of a time trying to add it to my signature. Any guidance would be much appreciated!!
