Is it possible to do? I need a holiday and DH is far too busy. I dont want to wait any longer and have now suggested doing this alone with my nearly 2yr old super active child.

Im thinking of Dubai as it will have everything I need for LO and the great weather. Anyone done this or will I be pulling my hair out?

Its been 4 yrs since I went abroad. Have done couple of weekends away with DH and toddler but I feel like im stuck in a rut everyday and just need to get away now:haha:

well i've not been abroad but i went on hoilday in july to blackpool, with my son and my daughter.. my son was just turned one at the time, and in a couple of weeks i'm going to pwhelli with them both. your child will love it and i'm sure you will too:) x

Thanks for your reply. I know mums will have done it so just need some encouragement really. I am getting quite excited really. DH thinks Im mad but may be I should prove him wrong!

I reckon you'll have a lovely time! yes prove him wrong! ha! get loads of nice pics of you both having a fab time! he'll be gutted he missed out! ha x

You'll be fine hun esp in Dubai :) it's baby friendly everywhere you go.

Just got back from a week away with our 14 month old and my OH and as long as you are prepared for running after them all the time then you'll be fine. Sitting round the pool is no longer relaxing but it's great fun being able to play with them in the sun and water etc. You'll be fine, if you fancy the getaway then go for it!

I'd love to have the money to go away with my LO! Enjoy it :)

Anywhere where its sunny and there is a pool will be fine :)
