Also, how come theresa and mercedes left for the airport ages before carmel, the police etc (long enough for it to get dark, carmel to go out and come home to find kathleen-angel missing, look for her, go to the police station and make a statement etc) but they all arrived at the same time. He basically kidnapped Kathleen-Angel, made it look like Theresa.

Yet I'm still confused as to how....How did he even know Theresa was running off to put that plan in place?

It's all so rushed, it's like one extreme or the other - either it drags on for aaaages (will/sienna etc) or it's all done in a week (Carmel etc) and as much as I can't stand sienna - what's happening there to the whole story of the baby and the secret box and Patrick?? And Patrick and Maxine ?? It's like they have forgotten that part of the village! And ruby - where's she?! Has she gone and I've missed it??!
