Hot drinks!

I don't drink coffee under normal circumstances anyway, but I've not been 'trying' to avoid caffeine (when I'm feeling nauseous, coke is the way to go for me! I shamelessly drink it daily). My MIL studied 'natural healing' and suggested lemon balm tea... which had made my nausea MUCH more bearable! It's been amazing. I've tried googling info about it but find both good and bad things, and I asked my midwife and she said it was fine... but that's what's been helping me!

I also love apple/cinnamon tea, but a colleague told me recently that I'm not supposed to eat cinnamon? (I've never heard of that)

No cinnamon?! What?! That's one I haven't heard yet and I've been loving cinnamon. Now I'll have to do some research. This could bum me out big time!
 
Because of my last mc I have also cut out drinks with caffeine in them. It hasn't been that bad for me. I can still drink my favorite drink (Sprite). The doctor actually told me it was ok to have a little bit of coffee or a soda or some kind of drink with caffeine in it. She just said I had to drink it in moderation, and not have too much in one day. I just want to be extra careful and thats why I cut it out completely.
