How creepy is this doll!!!!

They freak me out, I can understand the wanting a baby one but a 6 year old seems so inapprpriate imo

theres one one there that you can pay an extra £35 for a beating heart, £13 for a heat pad so baby feels body temp :/
x

That is just too weird!!! I don't want to know who would actually buy one of these.

Also the wording of the posting is a little weird too...'the perfect gift is a child'. How creepy.

Well i showed the picture to my dd who is nearly 6 and she didnt like it and thought it was creepy!!!!

very creepy!i wouldnt want that doll in my house!i never liked dolls they were always gave me chills!!!!unless it was cabbage doll!

Wow, I dont usually like reborns but that one is beautiful.

Remember that people on here might have one so the thing of inappropraite uses might offend others.

Yes you are right. I suppose people may have one for many reasons.

Gosh that must've taken a lot of time to make!

I don't find the doll itself creepy, but the tag line "the perfect gift is a child", now that's creepy.

Wow that doll is very well done! Huge though, where on Earth would you put it? You certainly couldn't collect dolls that big unless you had a whole room for them. Wouldn't fit in my doll cabinet.

The older ones are more commen with those that have had a baby one but want to create the feelung of them getting older and growing.
I watched a show where they get a new one made each year excactly the same just a year older.
Kinda made me sad to think what happens to the other ones once they get the year older one though, do they keep it in a cuboard or send it back after loving it so much.

Lol showed it to my husband and then showed him the price, he was already creeped out, then when i told him how much he said " i wouldnt even take her for free let alone that...."

It's so lifelike but freaks me out a lil

She looks boss eyed in some of the pics, lol. Must take a lot of skill though to make.

How much of it is art though? Is the face already premade? I remember watching someone making a baby one and I'm sure you purchase the head etc and then it goes in the oven?
