Good question!! I topped Emma up with formula at the hospital as her blood sugar levels were low...I just gave her the bottles at room temperature and she didn't seem to mind (even though she was having breast milk at body temperature), so might be worth a try as you'll save yourself a bit of time. Otherwise, the only thing I can suggest is a travel bottle warmer like this one, but you'd have to find hot water from somewhere.
 
The midwife gave me a jug of warm water when I said she wasn't liking it cold.
 
Mm I would assume you would have to ask the midwife,I've only ever fed at room temp in the hospital xxx
 
They would only give it at room temperature when I was in hospital, my OH asked for hot water to warm it and they said no x
