The question has never really come up for us, I can't say I've thought about it that much lol.
Growing up my mum said that she brought the presents and sent them to santa to wrap them and deliver them, but I can't of thought much of it because Christmas was always so magical and still is, I absolutely love every single part of it.
My son has a stocking, a pile of main presents which are usually some of what he put on his letter to santa. And then other gifts under the tree are named who they are from. But then we also go to my mums and my nans and santa also delivers a stocking there for him lol. He's never questioned it, he's the only kid in the whole family so everyone wants to do a bit of the santa thing I think.
