How do you spend your Christmas Eve?

Just wondering what everyone does on Christmas eve?

I will spend the daytime prepping all the components of my Christmas dinner and getting all the crockery and cutlery shiny and clean, ironing the table linen and making sure I haven't forgotten anything vital then in the evening once M is in bed DH, DD (who is 17) and I will have a nice tea of lots of party bits and pieces and a couple of glasses of sherry and watch Coronation Street, then we will get all the presents out and put them in piles and then head off for an early night to make sure we are asleep before Santa arrive

We may be risking a trip to Sainsburys but I doubt it lol.
OH is working 3-8 then when he is home Ava will be in bed, we will probably watch a movie and have a meal together, then go to bed ready for Christmas day!

It's our first with Ava so I am really, really excited!

well in the morning im guna go twn get the very few last bit , after dinner morgan has a nap.......so do i then im guna sort the kitchen out etc, dye my hair,do my eyebrows and "maybe" av a few2mro night if i get a 2mro x

we're staying at my mums already and my DH is off tomorrow so our day will go like this... up early so me and mum go to asda's (leaving maddi at home with hubby) then after lunch maddi can have her christmas eve 'goodie' bag with new pjs and a couple of presents in. once she's had dinner, it will be bath, into new pjs, book and bed ready for santa! then we're getting take out and then setting up all the presents and wrapping her kitchen soooooo excited!

Very busy sadly , Pick my turkey up at 8.30am .. Off last minute shopping straight after then off to work at 4pm then wont finish till 11pm Get home about 11:15 .. then prepare everything for LO xxx

Tomorrow we will get up, all get dressed and drop Tegan at my Mum's for a bit while we go to Morrisons. Then after we've picked her up, we'll bring her home and do some baking/decorate some biscuits and then we each have a goodie bag from Santa with new PJ's and a few other bits in (we wrapped and sorted those tonight) and then we will all have a bath and get our new PJ's on. Tegan will go to bed about 8, and we'll go a bit after midnight after putting all the presents out

watching films, getting vegetables ready for xmas dinner, last minute tidying up and my DB and SIL comes over

I need to track down some turkey gravy as Sainsbury's didn't have any today. Also need to clean the oven, wash the floors and generally tidy up for people coming round. Then we'll drop off the rest of the presents we've still to deliver. In the evening Harvey and I will go to the children's mass while OH goes to the pub then once Harvey is in bed we'll get his presents ready and head to bed so we're sleeping before Santa comes.

well im cleaning the house, lookin after my poorly girl, then when oh gets home after lunch we will pop to town to get a few things, have a snacky tea get baths and put the girls to bed. then we have to make their big presents n lay them all out then to chill watching one born at christmas lol

Usually my older brother comes round on xmas eve we usually only see him every xma eve lol,but this year were going to his for a couple of hours,then gotta pop to asda for a couple of bits,Will let the kids open there xmas pjs and dvd then me and hubby will be putting the presents into piles x

this evening i will be making some mince pies then we will have a take away a christmassy film and building and wrapping DD's presents ready for tomo so excited.

We also have some new christmas pj's for LO and a christmas books so will give her a bath snuggle down and read that and have milk I LOVE CHRISTMAS

Due to the snow, we are staying at home together just the two of us. So today, we will probably go to the pub after work, have a nice dinner then snuggle up to watch a movie xxx

were just waiting for OH to get home about 12.30 - 1pm then off to tesco to pick up krispy kremes for christmas breakfast and last few bits and bobs, then off to my friends for an hour to drop off pressies! home, give jesse a bath take all his toys upstairs ready for the big guy to bring more, get him into bed, then were gunna order a dominos, make some silly cocktails and build his big presents and put everything else into piles and off to bed to watch the grinch on dvd that i bought yesterday xx

well, Granny is cooking lucng, OH is making a pudding for tomoz.
So im just gonna sit on BnB all day and watch films
