How much sleep when ill ??

As the title says how long do you let your LOs sleep for when they're ill??

Lewis has been really sick a couple of times today, which is really unlike him, and he's been asleep for the last 2 hours.

Would you, should I wake him up, or will he wake up when he's ready??
