I've just started weaning LO in the past week and he has taken to it really well. I'm just wondering how much I should be feeding him at each meal as I don't want to overdo it.

Today he had a quarter of a banana and two heaped teaspoons of apple puree for his lunch and the same again for tea. He ate the lot and looked like he would eat more if I'd offered.

Does this sound about right for his age, or should I be offering more? I'm planning on introducing breakfast in a couple of days. He's still having the same milk feeds as before - 5 x 210mls per day.
