How to save the rice from takeaway for another day?

I knew there was a risk with rice, but thought that if you make sure it's piping hot, it's fine. Luckily for me, I never have left over rice from takeaway as I scoff the lot!!

Thats the thing as well; the bacteria if there are enough of them will create toxins that cannot be destroyed even if you microwave the rice for 10 minutes or something
