How would you feel if you fell pregnant now?

I'm exactly the same as you Mammag - I lost my bump at 14 wks, just under 3 weeks ago and really just wish I was still pregnant. I would be ecstatic to have another shot at a baby but I'm not sure I'm ready just yet - and I would definitely be terrified incase it all happened again!
I have two friends who got pg straight after m/c - both had beautiful healthy babies, altho one got twins...GULP! Think I'll wait a few months, get my body in better shape and then try again. Unless Mother Nature has other ideas!
