Only moved a suitcase....not a particularly heavy one either....in the bottom of the wardrobe and must have just twisted funny!!!! It's up the top of my ribcage and I was in absolute agony in bed all night couldn't turn over properly and I am sooooo mad at myself for it!!!!!!

Don't know what to do to ease the pain....had a bath last night and that helped but can I use a heat pad????? Or can I only use a hot water bottle and paracetamol???

It wasn't even heavy......OH gave me a right telling off!!!!!

Think I just twisted odd thats all....see midwife today and will tell her about it. Not so bad at the mo seems to have freed off quite a bit!!
