In all seriousness I've kept testing this long for the reassurance, and I think that I'm mentally in a slightly better place than I would be if I hadn't, but someone seriously needs to invent a uterus with windows so you can check what's cooking whenever you fancy.

Or induced a coma til you miscarry/give birth. Either or.
