I look 20 weeks, but I'm only 9 :(

I'm 9 wks + 3 days and started this pregnancy at 127. I'm 5' even. I feel like my belly is already expanding even though I've actually lost 5 lbs since I found out I am expecting. I don't feel bloated either. Is this normal with a second pregnancy? Everyone thinks I'm so much further along. No one believes I'm not due til December.

I know it. Some days I get really depressed about my weight. lol and how big my stomach looks lol. and how my clothes dont feel right
