I like the white beds for girls, but not boys. Maybe when their babies, but i cant see a 4 yr old boy in a white bed. But i dont know anything about boys, so who knows.

I *think* we have picked the travel system we're going for but can't find a cot that we like. We've picked a bouncer but now it's nowhere to be found. Not too worried about finding a moses basket as there are so many nice ones.

Ive bought a few clothes in sizes from newborn up to like..9 months lol...also registered for a few...Im having two showers..one here with friends/neighbors and then one back at home which will be all relatives cept for 2 people that are just close friends lol...Im hoping to have the one here August 13th and then the one at home either before that or the weekend after so we have atleast a few weeks (god forbid she come early) to get anything leftover...Im meeting with a neighbor to plan the shower today and am soo excited!!

Finally! Im feeling some tiny flutters! Last night at work i got on the ultrasound to see if i could feel anything when he was moving. Whenever he was kicking i could feel it, just barely though. I cant wait until they get stronger. Ill probably change mt mind when they kerp me up all nite. LOL!

Mrs. Jerome. Our ultrasounds took a while. Maybe like 40 minutes or so. I think it's normally less than that (around 20-30). Baby's head was way down in my pelvis so we had to try a ton of positions so that she could get a good scan of the brain. I didn't mind though, just more time to see her moving around

I also had my registry before I was preggers I just did a private wishlist and then changed it over to a registry once I found out I was, lol. I got the Graco Snugride 35 in Laguna Bay:

Im glad Im not the only one that did it before lol lol..I just couldnt help it..Im hoping we get to see her for a while and am stopping to get a big cold soda before so we can move her around if we need to and hopefully that will help...

I like the purple one with the flowers because you can match more stuff to it....Im doing my bedding kind of willy nilly and just getting a green breathable bumper and then just all diff fitted sheets in pastels and diff patterns like polka dots..little flowers...I just dont want to be too matchy and can never pick just one theme lol lol..

I had mine this morning. Baby was lying in a funny position so I had to get up and walk around a bit but we managed to get all the measurements done

I was so tempted to find out the gender but we decided it was best not to make a spur of the moment decision so stayed team yellow.

Can't believe the next time we see our baby will probably be in October!

Ha ha, When we were trying I would look for baby stuff online during the dreaded two week wait. It kept me busy at least

I had some spicy food before I went to the ultrasound because it normally gets her going. It was funny because she moved all around and the ultrasound tech was playing "chase" with her, but even when she moved around she kept her head down there away from her. She's an ornery thing already

I had the same thing happen to me Stouffer. I took a while to get all the measurements. I decided to get a 3 or 4D scan some time around 26-30 weeks so we can have another peek. Oct seems too far away!

I admire you for staying strong! I am sure that was way tempting

Well here are our scan pics..didnt get the best pics today coz she was shy..however she never seems to shy to give away the potty shot lol lol...hope that changes later on in her life haha!! she was def a wiggle worm and was flipped head down on my bladder..of course... my next appt is July 5th in the morning and I have to do the glucose test...again...and then will have to do it again at 32 weeks..joy for me lol lol...

here are our two 3D pics of her hiding her face and then one of her STILL a girl shot lol lol..hasnt grown a winky in the last few weeks lol lol..

her measurents so far are

12oz

head is about 7 inches around (guesstimated at birth should be around 14 inches according to the percentile growth chart)
body is about 6 inches around
femur was around 1.5 inches long
and humerus around 1.1 inches long

Yay! Glad things went well and that she's still a girl, lol. We have an appointment with the midwife this thursday to go over ultrasound results. Interested to see what all the measurements are!
