I want a boob job!

I used to want bigger boobs, but after they went massive when my milk came in i hated them so big. totally changed my mind now. they arent so perky, but a good bra makes the most of what ive got and my hubby loves them still. (not sure what size i am now, need to get measured up for new bras now boobs have gone back to normal).

I'm now 23, and DH will agree here that my boobs are STILL growing. I've gone up 2 cup sizes in 3 years!!!!!! The longer you can wait in my opinion the better. I was never that happy with my boobs, but love them just the way they are now!!!!

Good luck though, and take as much time as you need to make the perfect decision for you

I used to want one but I filled out a bit anyway before I became pregnant and was happy with that.
Figure I'll take after my mother. She had two fried eggs until she hit her late 30's then she seemed to grow knockers as big as my head overnight.

I'd wait until after you've had children. I was a DD before pregnancy, I'm now an F

I've been thinking about this... we have small chests in our family.
But if I ever do get them done, it'll be after I've finished BFing the kiddies, want to have all my children before I'm 28 so a good 30th birthday present perhaps?
x

well you can have some of min hun lol.
prior to having my baby i was a 34E and i am now a 36G. i hate them with a capital H. i am longing them to shrink while i lose weight.
hope you make the right decision.

I thought I would put my 2 penneth worth in....

I had my boob job 4 1/2 years ago. I paid £4'700. I had my 3rd child 6 months earlier and was adamant that I wasnt having any more! At first I loved them but being a 34 e and a size 10 bottom found it sooo difficult to get dresses that fitted up top and my waist. It frustrated the ass out of me!:hissy: Im now pg again and they are huge now, probably around a 36 or even 38 G so goodness knows what size they are going to grow to?
I also have a weird sensation now in both nipples, which is horrible as I cannot bear to have them touched:cry: Im worried about this as I want to BF and am not sure wether I going to be able to.
If I could turn back the clock I wouldnt have had it done, or maybe gone smaller? I was a 36 C before the Op and I think I was greedy lol!
I am also concerned about having to have them replaced in another 5/6 years, Im not sure where the money is going to come from for that!
If I get my way, I will have them taken out, excess skin cut away and smaller ones put in..........we shall see.
Just be sure its what you want hun. x

I have implants and I love them. I was an American size 36 B cup maybe and am now a 38 DD.

Ive had one!!

I paid £4,000 with The Harley Medical Group (Harley St, London) and it was the best thing ever. I went from a B to a D. Gave me sooo much confidence. Havent had any problems apart from my left nipple is half over sensitive and half numb...but it doenst cause me any probs and they look great....even after having Maley (although i only breastfed for one week - which wasnt due to the implants.....).

I would recommend it as i felt great and still do about my boobs but make sure you reasearch it and go with someone reputable and check up on your surgeon. I googled mine and there were loads of people saying they were happy with his work. Try not to get one on the cheap...its better in the long run!!

I have this exact thing in my left nipple. I breastfed Maley for one week and she would only latch on to "my dodgy nipple"...i cant stand mine being touched either but when she latched on it was fine...a bit toe-curling at first but then it was fine. Dont worry!! :hugs:

haha I want a reduction!! I hate having DD boobs...I can NEVER find shirts that fit well because the front is always busting open or it looks like they are being squished!! I hate them most times. I would love to have a C or something!! I am very small framed (I am 4'11", 135lbs) so my boobs are usually the first thing anyone notices!! even in highschool I always had boys & even girls making comments...I hated the attention they got. If you really want them get them!! If they are something that will make you feel better about yourself I think thats all that's really important. Im sure if I felt mine were small I would want them too to help my self esteem. You can just have some of mine lol

Oh I agree! Since I was pregnant, and now breastfeeding, I have gone from 34C to 34E and I hate that my shirts no longer fit as well, or sometimes my boobs looked squished in tight shirts (that really are not tight, just not meant for big boobs  There was this dress that I wanted to buy last summer, and I couldn't because the chest area on the dress was too small :( I hope I get my C cup back when I am done breastfeeding.

When I was 18 I had a cup breasts... I would cry and cry about it. My sister teased me, I naively thought all men wanted BIG boobs and felt inadequate. Now though, I am a ginormous DD :( I wish I had my As back! At least then I could find pretty bra's to wear! I miss my sweet little balcony bras and being able to walk into any store and not have to worry about whether they have my size or not! I hate having to go to the "bigger bust" section and buy saggy granny bras! Or going to specialist stores (like bravissimo) and paying out shed-loads just to buy nice underwear that others get for less...

I guess for many it truly is a case of the grass being greener on the other side. I think if you can learn to love the boobs you have, that is a greater accomplishment by far than being able to change them. After all - what's to say you will like the result once you go for it? Also I would strongly reccomend waiting until after you have had all your children, as boobs naturally change during pregnancy because of hormones and milk flow... It would be such a shame to pay out all that and then have to get them re-done because they look misshapen after a pregnancy. I am not saying this would happen - but it is a strong possibility. Also, if you are going to get them done now, and you want to breastfeed once you have children it is worth checking with your consultant that this will be a possibility following the particular surgery that you are undergoing.

Best of luck to everyone considering this. Do think long and hard - surgery is not something to be taken lightly and like PP said, this is a life-changing decision. x

I think I might be the only woman out there that doesn't want anything done to my boobs LOL. I am a D cup, used to be an B but put on some weight and it went straight to my boobs. They are just like every other woman's. Not perfect, not lifted all nicely and not all beautifully round but they are what they are and it's something I've learnt to accept. I guess for me I would much rather that that 5-10,000 and put it towards my childs college education or put it in an account for them for when they are done college to help out with whatever they choose to do with it and just buy a good bra that does the trick of lifting and shaping them nicely.

i agree with you im a dd and they arent perfect but there mine lol

I hate mine they are 42 ff I am on nhs list for a reduction which i have been on for 2 yrs so far x

See i didnt hate mine to begin with ... i liked mine i just wanted a bigger version lol

I think i must be the only woman on the planet that doesn't want a boob job and I'm an A cup! My boobs haven't changed at all from the age of 18 or since being pregnant - i'm 28 now. The only difficulty I seem to be having is that my back has become wider so i need a 38 A cup which is impossible to find, i'm guessing they will grow once the milk kicks in but I hope they dont grow too big!

I had a boob job last year in Manchester and it's the best thing I ever did! I went from a 32a to a 32e. Sounds massive, but it's not. I just wanted to be in proportion with the rest of me...I am 5ft 2in, 8st and a size 8, but NOT skinny size 8. I'm short so I just look 'average'. My boobs really suit my body now, I can still breastfeed and these days implants never need replacing unless you experience problems later down the line, which is less and less common now.

I'd say it's not something to jump into lightly, I had wanted it done for years. The one thing I will say is if you do it do it for yourself, not for anyone else. xxx
