i'm confused.... please help

hi, i'm new here... yesterday i did upt using poas (clearblue)... the result in the photo attached.... does it BFP? if it is BFP, i'm supposed at 6 wks pregnant...

went to see dr this morning, she doesn't convincing me that i'm pregnant because the line is quite blur to her... but i've shown to my friends earlier, they all confirmed it supposed to be BFP...

the dr ask me to retest, but it came out BFN.... frustrated, i bought another 2 sticks, will test again tonight & tomorrow morning... i really feel like pregnant... nausea, dizzy, craving for certain foods... i have 4 yo boy & 2 yo girl... me & husband really hope for another baby this year....

please, anyone had the similar problem with mine...

Im not sure love cos i have read alot of bad posts about clearblue dye tests how they give nasty evaps. I do hope this is your BFP.

This is a tricky one.

If this was an early test I would say yes, def positive.
But at 6 weeks, it should be fairly dark, and you said you got bfn after this one so......perhaps it was unfortunately a dud test?
The best thing to do is test with fmu tomorrow morning then you will know one way or the other.

Are you sure you would be 6 weeks?

It looks like positive to me. If you are unsure i'd re-test using a different brand of test

It does look quite thick for that line, which is a good thing...but like people have said Clearblue are awful things, i would try again with a First response!

obviously there are lines there. Keep us posted with your next tests!

clearblue original are rubbish, false positives every 5 minutes so please don't rely on them. you should get a first response or a clearblue digital test for a definitive answer.

This does look like a positive to me but try a different test. I found tesco and sainsbury's own good at 6 weeks (yes poas addict) Very clear lines on those. Pink tests are better. xxx

thanks for the advice....

i've tested again twice yesterday (i've bought clearblue - 2 pcs per box).... but those 2 with -ve results.... I should try to buy other brands... will look for it during lunch hour today... last 2 pregancies, it was cleared pos even i've tested in the aternoon, not FMU... i thought clearblue is the best, as it is the most expensive tester... i should try for pink dye tester....

yesterday i've the worst headache ever.... can't do anything.... my bp is normal.... went to see another dr... but still can't confirm whether i'm pregnant or not...

MrsO29, yes, I'm confirmed I should be 6w 1d today... my LMP was 21st Jan....

I'm scheduled to see my O&G next week.... maybe ultrasound could give the right answer... but I'm not sure whether I can wait that long.... my cramp seems like i'm getting my period soon.... ;(

I would have thought that was a definite BFP but now that you ladies all said that Clearblue is no good I'll know better. Thanks! Kathy, good luck, I hope you just conceived later than you thought and you get a blaring BFP real soon.

yesterday there's spotting (about 2 spots) on my underwear.... but only that... it was cleared after that until now...

this uncertainty is killing me...... i really feel that i'm going to have my period now
