I'm so grumpy today!

Has anyone else felt like this? I have been elated and really "calm" for the last couple of weeks..

Today I am like hell on earth - or hell in our house!!!

OH keeps asking me what's the matter - I have no idea!! I almost feel pre-menstrual?? - guess it's the hormones?
