For nearly a week now I have had such rubbish sleep. It is driving me up the wall. I LOVE my sleep I mean love it. However at I seem to be wide awake for 2 hours in the middle of the night evey night.
Last night and tonight I woke up due to feeling itchy or almost like something was walking over my skin so have had to take piriton to try and stop it.
Maybe it is the witch on her way I am due AF today. Time for a cuppa and a read then maybe get some sleep xx
