Is there a way to view just unread posts?

Hey,
This might be kind of hard to explain lol but, is there a way of viewing just the unread posts in a thread. Like when i go onto a thread that i've viewed already and maybe posted in, instead of having to go through the whole thread and find where i was up to, can i just view from the last page i was on? Sorry if that makes no sense just say and i will try to explain it better

When looking at a specific forum; at the beginning of a thread title that has unread posts in it, you'll see an arrow icon like this: https://s3.bbstatic.com/images/bnb/buttons/firstnew.gif click the arrow instead of the thread title.

Or if you go to the first page of a thread and click 'View First Unread', top left (just above the very first post).
