We slept 2-8 this morning I'd love to get that moved forward to 12 though

I have just put Bryce down in his cot for the first time! Fingers crossed he sleeps well. At least Eloise can't wake him up when he is up there.

yeah they do, Joe has some hair although its really blonde and he has the bald patch on the back of his head now, is he still up there??

Yes he is still up there! This will be brilliant if I can get him to have his day time naps in his cot. If he sleeps well durin gthe day he sleeps so much better at night time!

BIG hun. I hope you manage to get a nap today. Is he going through his growth spurt? It's such hard work when they are like that, and not great if you are not getting support either.

I think he might be Naomi not sure really it was just last night really. He has just fell asleep in his bouncer thank goodness. I had to walk out room and leave him screaming 5 mins I was getting so p***** off with it

We had a much better day. Kieran napped twice, no excessive screaming and even let me and DH eat dinner together!

4am here Kieran just had his feed so hopefully back to sleep for us now....

Well I had a nice a sleep as I am at my mums and she had Toby for me overnight. I still woke up when I heard him wake up for feeds but I was allowed to go back to sleep without doing anything. Went to bed at 10 and was asleep by half past then woke up for the day at 8am - thats with the random wake ups I had though when I thought I should be giving the little man his bottle!! Lol!

However this morning he is still being awkward and won't really go down for a nap. Luckily I'm still at mum and dads and mum is off work and dad not at work till 2 so I've got people to help. Hes cried loads this morning and had wind, the only time he was happy was when he had a bath!! I don't know whats wrong with him, hes usually so good but the past few days hes been a pain. He was never really a crier but has been these past days. Apparently he woke up at 6am and only had an ounce and just wanted to be awake, then fed again and had 3oz at 8am just before I got up. When I came down he was grumbling and ended up finishing the other ounce of the 8am bottle about 45 mins later. He managed to drop off, had about 30 mins nap and then woke up crying again and had another 2oz!! Doesn't want his dummy either which is very unusual!!

Please tell me this is growth spurt behaviour?!? I don't know whether I could deal with this every day?!?!?

Joe doesnt have to go back to hospital anymore they are happy with the dainty little premature baby lol that weighs 12lb!!!!
He was showing off cooing and smiling, I think he thought he was gonna get a bath as he was naked lol

Yes i think i may go on strike! Thats such a great idea. He keeps mentioning about going to his mum and dads with Olly on his own, the only problem is his mum will do everything! So thats a no no. Im starting work next month, only for a few hours a week when OH is off. Its at my dads company so im pretty free to come and go as i please. So OH will be left on his own with Olly then, i may start reminding him and see if he starts panicking and helping out more.

Ohh i can't wait for time alone tonight!! its going to be great!!

Ok so I am officially hanging up the super woman cape and saying I actually can't cope on my own at the moment. I am going to stay with some friends for a bit to have some support even though Michael is a really good baby. Please tell me I'm not a failure as a Mum ladies....

hi Susie, im glad you came on here, good for you for getting some help, I wished I could be more like you, i can understand how hard it is on your own as im finding it difficult and there are 2 of us!!!
I asked for help once from inlaws and sil but they were all too busy so ive never asked again, although i really want to !!!
Enjoy the rest, no one thinks you are a failure, given the choice I would of done the same xxxxx

Of course you are not a bad mum susie. We all need to have help at some point, I think you have done really well to wait this long! lol I would of struggled on the second day I think.

Well, I can't believe that I put Bryce to bed in his cot for his morning nap and he slept for 45 mins and his afternoon nap I put him up at 11:45 and he is still asleep! I am soooo happy. I wish I had put him in there ages ago now.

I have managed to have lunch with Eloise, do some ironing and even a spot of gardening! lol (with the monitor outside of course)

Kieran keeps wettin through his diapers and sleepers. I always make sure his willy(I never Know what to call it ) is pointing down but I think he moves it!!

Jacob is sleeping propped p next to me on the sofa. Cant do lying flat.

Susie asking for help is a bigger thing to do than to suffer it alone.

Sounds like Bryce is doign well at nap times He has a lovely name before very unusual.

DR thinks Quinn has it too. But no meds for us. Keep him sitting up for 30 minutes after each feed. It seems to help Quinn

You are a great mother Susie....why? Because you realized you do need some help and you asked for it before it got too bad!!!!!! That makes you a great mother!!!!! Good for you!

Well Quinn screamed for only 30 minutes last night...followed by a huge poo and nonstop passing gas for 3 minutes straight. It was great!

I got the dreaded injection letter today. He has to go next week. I'm dreading it. I hate hate hate them!
