    Yeah I think it needs a lower temp for a lot longer than normal sized cupcakes or it burns on top and isn't cooked in the middle! Also I found the top didn't take as long as it was smaller :)

    Here's my second attempt with these moulds. Would have come out brill but OH took the top bit out of the mould while still hot so had to stick bits back together with the icing! :rofl:

    It cooked through fine and tastes lovely though!

    I used the 8 eggs/16oz everything else ratio. Plus vanilla essence and choccy chips :thumbup:

    I bought one of these to do for OH's birthday... first one was awful but that was a trial run, I done one yesterday and I'm personally proud :haha: I done a buttercream centre. I'll upload photos later when OH has seen it as its a suprise as I never, ever cook or bake lol!
