Just joining I'm 19 weeks and dnt want a c section wanna go threw birth easy and quick so everyone says to work out it's my 1st so here's to nothing how many times a week do I work out
I'm definitely going to try and follow this thread, as a first time mommy to be I am a little anxious about labour and if I can do any exercises to help me relax, with or without pain relief, then even better!
