I can't believe some people are actually sticking up for him. As far as i'm concerned, he gave up his 'rights' the day he murdered that innocent little boy. I can't imagine what James parents are going through. They should have just killed the evil sod, as if we need another psycho on the loose in this world. He's killed before, he can easily do it again.

I'm glad his identity has been released. Means people can be completely wary of him now. I hate how murderers and scumbags get new identities, they were 'big' enough to do the crime but can't face the aftermath? Cowards!!

No-one is sticking up for him. Nobody on this thread thought what he did was okay or acceptable in anyway. People just have different views as to how he should be treated. That does not mean we are sticking up for him as that suggests that we think his actions were excusable and they were not.

No you're right. That puts a different spin on things.......I know no one is condoning what he's/they've done. I guess I just have a harsher opinion.

This is how think now. I think sitting in fear in a tiny cell knowing if you are ever left alone they are going to get you must terrifying. I know a few prison officers who work in a notorious prison and they have admitted to turning a blind eye. I also think tho that if it was my child this happened to I wouldn't be happy until they were dead. At least then they have no chance of ever being released. Call it an easy way out, I wouldn't care. I would just want that person taken of this earth.

Exactly. I mean he should never have been let out in the first place but that's besides the point. The fact he was sent back on child porn charges just goes to show he is still a danger to society, especially young children. I hope he rots in there.

I agree he should be kept there and really serve his sentence this time! Not farting around getting everything his own way!

I'd rather our taxes were spent on him being locked up then giving him a new identity. But I suppose that will happen anyway one day. They can't keep him in there forever. Unfortunately!

Plus he would be let out with a new identity, which costs a lot of money then he wont be able to keep his mouth shut so not only will he be iin danager but say anyone who lives next door to him should someone set fire to his house, or if someone has the same name as he new identity or looks like him.
