Hubby was working for an agency that arent giving him the hours he needs so he went to the Jobcentre and they have said he can claim JSA while he finds another job,he just rung up to ask which sort he is getting and they have said he is getting Income based and Contribution Based...I didnt think they could do this..
Anyone else had this?

How much is he getting? If it's £60 odd per week then it'll be contribution based but if it's more then it'll be income based. As no your can't claim both x
