Hey there! I am doing OK, CD 20 and still no smiley face on my OPK ... I am getting a little worried, and frustrated... My OB wants me to come back if I don't O this cycle, so I am giving it until Friday before I make my appointment... Blah, sometimes we just need to vent, and I guess this is my time! My SIL is having a baby any day now, and I know it is just going to be very hard when we go see her at the hospital. I wanted to be pregnant before she gave birth...

My first round of clomid I O'd super late and had a 39day cycle so my ob put me on a higher dose and changed me from 5-9 to 3-7. Are they monitoring you?

Thats good to hear, gives me a little hope anyway MY OB is not monitoring me, he just said it I don't O on Clomid this cycle then to come back to see him. So I imagine if I don't, he will either up my doseage or start some kind of monitoring. Did you O your second cycle? if so, how long was it?

I'm going to try and wait until the 9 but we will see how that goes. I'm a poas addict expecially knowing we covered every base possible this month and I had O pains for the first time EVER!!!!! When are you testing? I sure hope this is our month and we can be bump buddies.

So, they are using the opk's to know if you O? My old doctor did that the first round but then I changed because I was upset with them. Now, my new doctor checks my blood on cd21 to see if I O'd. I did O my 2nd cycle and every month since, this is month 6 (my last month) I didn't follow the directions last month or this month though, I took 150mg on cd3&4 then 100mg on 5&6. We will find out if it worked....

sounds good, just make sure that you follow the doctors orders, you could be taking too much clomid and over stimulate- which doesnt sound like a bad thing but it could cause you not to get pregnant that month if over stumulation happens!!

Are you going to an OB or fertility specialist? I think if I don't get a smiley face this cycle I will start asking for the cd21 blood work...

I know I know. I'm bad! My progestrone levels were low on the 4th month and they didn't raise the mg's so I talked to a good friend that is a nurse at a fertiliity clinic and she told me to take the same mg's just in different doses. My progestrone level was a 36.9 last month, I go back this Friday to see what it is this month.

Now I see a fert. specialist, my doctor before was just an OB (that's who originally started me on clomid not monitored, I guess that's common) How long have you been trying? Do you normally have long cycles? I didnt O for a whole year before clomid.

Before I went on BC my cycles were 30 days, exactly, every time. After I got off BC in November they were all over the place!!! I had two 30 day cycles in a row (which made me HAPPY) then a 14 day cycle, that's when I had enough and went to see the OB. He didn't think I was ovulating so he put me on Clomid. We have been trying since November 2011, so about 7 months now. Not too long compared to some, but longer than everyone I know that is pregnant now LOL. So, for my regular cycle length, this is long (assuming I will still O this cycle)... Also, when my cycles were all over the place, they never went long, just short except for once right after getting off the BC that was 42 days.

So, for now, I am still taking my OPK, hoping for a smiley face... If I don't O, I will go back to the OB and see what he has to day.

i am in my 2ww and AF is due between July 4-8th and i wont be testing until around July 20th because sometimes AF likes to show up a week late so just to be sure i am going to try to wait as long as i can

This is our last week of school, last day tomorrow with the students. We are so busy with activities that I don't think about symptoms or ttc or even the wedding lol.
I only think about does in the evenings.

Some will be testing next week already!! I can't believe June is almost at it's end.
