YES! My son loves his more and more each day and we only paid 30 quid second hand and itr was like new - so shop around 
Like someone else said I have to put a cushion under his feet at the moment but he loves being in it and smiles and giggles away

I got a second hand one for £50 about 4 weeks ago. He didn't really understand it at first, but he loves it now!!
