Yes, I'll take an hpt on Wed I think. I read a story of a girl who's level was only a 10 on cd28, and she even had bleeding so she and her Dr thought that it was a CP. A week later she felt like she was having pregnancy symptoms so she took an hpt and got a strong pos and ended up she was still PG. She just had slow-rising hcg (and unexplained bleeding) in the very beginning stages. I'm only cd24, so who knows. I guess I haven't lost ALL hope, but I kinda doubt this is it. Probably the last remaining hcg from the trigger.

I did some googling (I know I shouldn't), and I keep finding these stories of girls who were 9-10dpo and had hcg levels of anywhere from 1.2-3.0. One girl went in a few says later and was up to 40, and had healthy pregnancy, and another girl didn't go back in until 17dpo and her beta had gone over 1000. Clearly, their super low beta had to do with the fact that they'd probably JUST implanted. I know I shouldn't get my hopes up since I did trigger 12 days ago, so it's obvious that mine is just the remnants of that. So don't worry, I'm not letting myself get too hopeful. I just can't help but look, urg.

Praying for a :bfp: for you!!

Thanks for the opinions ladies! I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes it!
Floridasian, my mom doesn't like it bc she thinks people will call him "Kill" or "Killer" but I don't really see that happening. And I think she was just pretty dead set on names she chose, which I don't like. Oh well, can't make everyone happy. Lol.

LOL! Sorry if I shouldn't be laughing but she's just too much! It didn't even cross my mind. The only thing I thought of was Killian's Irish Red beer.

Lol, yeah those nicknames never crossed my mind either. She's just crazy sometimes.

I'm on CD12 and experiencing the worst ovulation pain right now, never had this before. But then again, I only ovulated twice in the past year. So, thanks, clomid!

Does anyone else experience this? With or without clomid? And usually how long after do you O?

I experienced bad O pain first month on clomid. Can't remember how long after I actually ovulated. Good luck!

I had that one time on Clomid, and for me it was pretty much on the day I was O'ing. I've gotten it both times on the Femara, and it seems to be the same day as ovulation with that too.

Erin - I think it could go either way, so you might as well think positively about it. I have seen women whose trigger stayed in their system until 10+ dpo...which means it was high enough to show on a hpt. My tests came out totally negative around 9 dpo I think. So it is possible it is the trigger...but could also be a BFP.

Erin - I'm not losing hope for you...but I would be feeling the same way in your shoes.

AFM - cyst check today - the one on the right is gone and the one on the left shrunk from 41mm to 17mm - so on the right track. Doc thinks that I would be able to start the iVF cycle (the BCP) at my next day 3. I am going to wait one more cycle though - due to my vacation and I want one fully natural cycle without cysts before going through with the IVF - just in case!

Thanks beaglemom. I actually just re-listened to the voicemail the nurse left yesterday and she didnt even mention the Ovidrel (I must've put that into my own head since I'm trying to talk myself down). All she said was "Anything under 5 is considered negative, and yours is a 2.37 right now, so if you don't get a period by Thurs or Friday, we can go ahead and do another beta at that time". But she said to keep taking the Lupron, so it didn't sound like she thought anything of it really. I don't think I'd be due for AF until the weekend if this cycle is similar to my last Femara cycle. But I think I'll take them up on their offer, just so I can get it out of my head. My ICs are showing up negative (did one this morning). So maybe tomorrow I'll try another one.

Oh, and I ended up doing a FRER last night after a super long hold, although I knew hcg that low wouldn't show up, I thought I'd try anyway. This stuff can make a person insane.

This is great news!! So happy to hear your cysts are going down so well! Excited about your very near future plans! :)

I had horrible O pains when I was on Clomid, there was no confusing on when my O was, so I guess that's a good thing. I think I literally felt the Egg pop out of my ovary, I know that sounds crazy but I was miserable. This month on Femara I didn't have really bad O pains but I could tell when I O'd.

I have always had O symptoms. But my first clomid I was miserable. I felt like my whole insides were bloated...like my ovaries didn't fit in there anymore. We BD that day & it was so uncomfortable. My husband was on night shift at the time, so I ended up not even eating dinner because my lower back hurt so much when I tried to get off the couch. I never had it that intense again, though. And I had 6 cycles on clomid. I am not sure about femara...I think it was more mind. This cycle I was on it by itself. Last cycle was fully medicated so you can judge anything because it could have been up to 3 different meds causing it.

Moni - if my plan goes the way I am thinking, I will be right behind you with IVF (if it gets to that point)...unless my dr recommends doing it earlier. I can't wait for my appt on Monday.

Erin - I have often thought I would never really want an early beta if offered to me...& your experience now is exactly why. I know I would overanalyze everything. Of course, I would love early news if it was positive...but no way to tell.

Thanks, everyone, for sharing your experiences! The pain has subsided for now (I took some Advil last night) and my OPK was negative this morning, so not really sure what to make of it, but I'm sure O is coming at some point soon. My temp also dipped this morning, so maybe in the next day or two.

We got our BD in this morning, shooting for every other day, with hopefully back to back once I get a positive OPK. DH work schedule is nutty right now (thanks Stanley Cup playoffs), so we'll see how that works out.

Good luck to you, Erin!

beaglemom, I was confused for a minute, then I noticed that you changed your picture! :)

Amy (and everyone else) - if possible, try to switch your pain meds to tylenol. I am a huge fan of advil/ibprofen...but my RE said to stop using it. I can't remember why...Erin received the same info...but basically it is not good when TTC. I have read it in other places to...just can't remember the reason. So no matter where you are in your cycle, try to quit the advil/ibprofen all together. Side note: I am NOT A FAN of tylenol. It feels like I am eating tic tacs for what it actually helps with. And my first AF days I need something...and also the more intense fertility meds give more horrible headaches. Clomid did that too.

Yep, agree with beaglemom. My RE's reasoning was that any kind of anti-inflammatory (Advil, Aleve, Aspirin, etc.) can delay O. You're basically dampening down inflammation that is sorta "supposed" to be there when your follicles are growing and one is about to burst. Also, the nurse added later that it could prevent the sperm from penetrating the egg, although I know nothing about that reasoning, so not sure if I believe that part necessarily. But I've read lots of articles about the delaying O. My RE, however, told me I could take it during AF (just the difference in Drs again). She was mostly telling me to take NONE about 48 hours prior to O, and then for the entire TWW. NSAIDs are also blood thinners, and your uterine lining needs that good thick healthy blood. ;)

And I'm in agreement with beaglemom that TYLENOL BLOWS!!!
