Thanks a lot CJ :)

I am better... my baby is living in a sling now and she is sooo happy and cute, she smiles at me all the time. I learned that withb DD1 some babies will not be taught to sleep anywhere else, I promise you, you will miss those days that she wouldn't let you put her down. E will go in her swing and bouncer for up to half and hour or so, do you have a vibrating bouncer? I can put E in hers swaddled with a dummy and then put the extractor fan on and she looovees it lol

Jake is now officially in a routine! Taken alot of hard work, but it is finally paying off! He is sooooooooooo happy and contented xx

E is also very happy... O is tired and grumpy and I'm really fine!!
 
Morning Ladies,

My poor little girl is not happy today. She had her injections yesterday. She screamed and cried for hours after. I gave her Calpol which made her sleep and wake up a bit happier but shes hot and clammy. We were up every 2 and a half hours last night. She wants to be cuddled but shes just so hot. I had tears in my eyes when i took her to have it done. DH held her, otherwise i would have burst into tears.

Have your babies had the injections yet? How long are the hot and grumpy for? x
 
i was lucky, mine never were effected at all by any injections. I think it is normally 5 days though DQ xxxxx

thx Emma ... when are on holiday next month, i still want to do that bbq with you!!!

mrsdq hope she'll be better soon. DD1 was also never affected by her immunisations!
 
I am off to France 8-18th Aug then i am home for a week, then off to Scotland 25th Aug-4th Sept xxxx
 
oh I will be back 18th August too, maybe we gotta meet in september then?
 
Emma what is the routine and how did you do it?

I wish I had a routine too.... looks like I'm working most days MIL is here - she goes back on Sat and I am exhausted with it all. We took Nathan to register his birth today so he is all official!

The health visitor gave me a prescription yesterday for some nipple cream to see if its a fungal infection and I lost it.... had it last night and today had to phone and ask for another one because it was nowhere to be found....

Nathan is now refusing to feed from me - he went on my left boob this morning for a while when he first woke and since then formula or ebm all day - doesnt help that everyone else is feeding him, I'm not sure what I'm here for atm....

Anyway on that note I must go, got to do some work while MIL is feeding him again.... we're hoping to be out at the Nantwich Country Show all day tomorrow.

Just fed him his 3am feed, so jumped on here quickly!
CJ also look on page 34 as put it on here, will email you in morning Hun, if you look back on my threads, even from me explaining my routine, that was 2 weeks ago! It does take a bit of time but is so worth it.
Right must get some shut eye, xxxxx
 
Gosh I cant believe I've not logged in for a few days and we're still on the same page! How did we all become so rubbish at keeping in touch? I suspect we're just too busy with our new babies and trying to find time to do everything and sleep!

Evelyn slept two or three days in a row 10pm til 9am basically....and then Alex posted about it on FB and lo and behold it goes out the window. :dohh: She was extremely fussy this morning and it doesn't help that our next door and below us neighbours are banging up and down the walkway/stairs at midnight and playing stupid bassy music really loud all day and some of the night. :grr: We complained about next door yesterday and they turned the volume down enough that we could still hear it, but it wasn't vibrating through our walls/floors, we're fine with that...now we just put Evey down for a nap and downstairs has started playing some crap music!!! ARGH! It's a lone guy down there now, used to be a guy, woman and baby, but we heard screaming one day (I almost rang the cops) and the woman left with the kid...sounds like the guy is just a douche or having a midlife crisis now! :shrug:

Urgh.

P.S The neighbourhood isn't that crap :rofl:

Is anyone still experiencing pain from their stitches if they tore? At like 6 weeks PP... My tear wasn't bothering me at all until my stitches started coming away...now it feels really tender. DH says it doesn't look infected and it's not getting super bad like it would if I had an infection I don't think...it's just a bit sore to the touch...=/
 
Just be gentle in the bed department Hun xxxx may just have bruised an already tender area xxxx
 
Hello... im still around... had my little one May 27 her name is michaela Erin and we call her Mika.... Technically im a May mom but I have been with june mommies this whole time so im gonna stick around here:thumbup: if thats okay
