Levels Dropping, Just Testing To See The Lines Fade Page 114

You are in my thoughts and prayers stuck. Maybe a little reassurance. I too have had many very early (mostly under 4 weeks) losses and this time around was my strongest lines ever. I have had 3 incidents of spotting (2 pink 1 brown) so far and af type cramps on and off pretty much every day. There has been no sex and i believe the spotting was from me up and walking around too much the day before. It is scary as hell but today somehow I'm 7 weeks. The progesterone seems to aggravate my cramping and i take it orally. Also 2 of my frers looked the same from one day to the next and two of Walmart cheapies didn't seem to progress in the beginning. (The second one seemed lighter and took way longer to show up and i knew it was going to be over) but here I am holding on. I'm praying that everything goes well today and you get that reassurance you need. :hugs:

Test is lighter today. It's f****** over.

Stucki I had exactly the same thing happen with the frers... I think my 13 dpo and 15dpo and I swore from that point on I would never use another frer. To me today's test just looks like a typical dodgey frer.. It's not a solid consistent line. I don't have the photos anymore but if I did you would see that mine were the same and now look at me.

I have everything crossed for you honey, I still believe this is your take home rainbow :hugs: :hugs:

I agree about the test.. look at the control line its not as dark as the other either.. I think that test just had less dye in it!

I hope you ladies are right. I just checked and there is still some blood at my cervix mixed with the progesterone, but it's brown....

I'm still waiting for the damn OB nurse to call me...

I bleed with this pregnancy three separate times so far including around 5 weeks. And it was bright pink. ive got everything crossed for you. And I don't know that the test is actually lighter, it really could just be like a pp said, your peeing lots and it may not have been concentrated enough. :hugs:

try to stay positive stucki! Almost every pregnant person I've ever talked to had spotting/bleeding between 5-8 weeks! I think it has to do with baby snuggling in and things stretching plus it may get irritated.. there are plenty of normal things that it could be.. lets stay positive about this.. I know its hard given your past, but you've never had lines and symptoms like this or ever been so calm and collective about a pregnancy before! I really think this one is forever!

As many other ladies have said stay positive. I have everything crossed for you, all the best x

I could be the FRER. I had a few that came out a tad lighter when my levels were still rising. Remember its every 48 hours so they may just not have risen yet

Oh and the ONLY time during this pregnancy I had any type of spotting was at my 5 week mark. My dr said the baby was just getting snug in there and implanting deeper since taking the progesterone helps. I have lots of hope for you!!

You have more patience then me...I would be calling saying HEY!!!! they said a few minutes....I hope they treat you good...:hugs:

Thanks ladies.

The OB nurse called. I've got an appointment scheduled for 0745 tomorrow morning. She said the doc can use the portable US if she needs to...

She also said that I have to go to the ER if the bleeding gets heavier [duhh] I'm just not ready to go right now. I may go this afternoon if nothing changes, but for right now I'm just going to take a nap on the couch and hope tomorrow hurries up.

Thanks for keeping us informed....Get some rest.. FX for you and baby Stucki

I really hope everything is ok with you and your baby. I've had numerous bouts of bleeding in this pregnancy. 1 at about 5.5 weeks, another at 10 weeks and more at 13.5 weeks. I have no idea what's causing the bleeding now but at 5.5 weeks, I had a scan and she could see an area of bleeding which she said was most likely from implantation. She said to expect more, it could be a lot or I may get none. Everyone is different as some people's bodies will just absorb the blood. As for cramping, your body is going through so many changes that it is completely normal to have cramps and to feel like your period is coming. Good luck tomorrow x

First off, that FRER looks dodgy. The line almost looks like it's 'dotted' instead of a solid line. If the entire line was the same darkness as the 'dots', it would be just as dark as yesterday's test. How many times have we all complained about FRER? Now isn't the time to start thinking they are the end all be all ;)

I bled bright red blood from my cervix off and on my entire pregnancy with DD. Everytime I would start cramping, I would bleed. We have a Women's Evaluation Unit at our hospital where pregnant women could walk in at any time and get care if she was a patient at that hospital. I was there every 3 weeks or so with bleeding. They told me the same thing every single time: You are bleeding from your cervix, not your uterus. As your uterus stretches and grows, your cervix changes along with it. For some women, those changes will cause cervical bleeding. (which explains why i only bled when i had bad cramping)

Hang in there...we are all praying for you! You *will* get through this!

I'm thinking about you and hoping with everything I have that you get good news at your appt. xoxo

Stucki I hope everything settles down after your nap and you get a nice look at your lo tomorrow. FWIW, I did a FR at 5+6 where the test line stole the dye from the control with FMU. The very next day with FMU the test line was lighter than the control line. I actually figured that my hcg was starting to get so high it wasn't registering as well anymore  Again I have everything crossed for you!!!:hugs:

I have been stalking. I hope you get good news tomorrow, but you need to be seen either way anyway. I thought I had mc and wondered why I should go for a scan to look at my empty womb. I thought it was cruel. In the end it was ectopic, so saved my tube. NOT that I'm saying you have even lost this pg, or that it is ectopic - just that you need to be seen to know exactly what's going on.

Good luck
xx
