Light BFP & dark opk??

I don't know if I'd have seen a positive before then. I was hopeless at tracking anything back then (I was 17 and didn't pay much attention), it was my friend who pointed out I should have had my period by then and got me to test at her house. But the line was really faint. I don't know if that's late enough for the hook effect or if things were just slow to increase initially. But I have read quite a few similar stories where people didn't see a positive until really late
