Lines on opk.. Info needed!

I'm on the pill microgynon but still sometimes poas while I WTT!
I have always got just one line on opks but the other day I had the faintest line then today I got this much darker line! (I know not positive but still got a lot darker)
Do you think I will ovulate this month despite the pill? So confused... I am around cd9

Oh my phone isn't letting me post the pic! But the second line is about half the darkness of the control line and came up straight away

you shouldn't ovulate while on the pill and correct me someone if im wrong but the body has a certain amount of lh init anyway so youll most always get a second line anyway xxx

Is microgynon a progesterone only pill?
If so they don't stop ovulation- just change cervical mucus so sperm can't get through
