--Lion Cubs - Mummy and Baby Group!-- We are all One Year Old!

Hi All

first of all I want to say Booth I'm so so sorry honey - I went through the same thing before Natasha was born and didn't know I had miscarried until I went to A&E as doc still hadn't found a heartbeat and they dont scan here until 20 weeks and LO was only measuring 7+with no heartbeat. I honestly can say it was the hardest thing I have ever went through and I know you are feeling like it is unbearable at the moment but it does get easier honey and you will get through this - I also know what you mean about seeing OH cry as I'm with DH eight years this year and had never seen him cry until then and it was heartbreaking, but I think it is better that the men do grieve also rather than keep it all in. The best advice I can give you is keep talking and telling each other how you are feeling as he is the one person in the whole worst that knows what you are going through at the moment. huge :hugs: for you honey - I know I'm not on here much but pm me if you ever need anything as it will come through on my email.

AE: Oh god you poor thing - I only said that the other day, I would hate to be travelling with children - your poor OH must be tearing his hair out and It is nearly worse for you I think being on the other side and away from Mog - that is just madness that they would not give priority to such a little baby away from its mother - I really hope they get back the weekend.

Samstar: so glad Elinors op went well, she really is a little fighter.

MJ: So glad you are settling back into work, hope it continues to go well. That video of Adam is so cute.

Shiv: Glad your birthday went well - your like me I didn't mind turning 30 like some of my friends I'm happy where I'm at today so it didn't bother me - the only thing I'm missing is the lottery lol only messing it would be nice though right.

Spidey: Hope the poo situation sorts itself out soon - poor baby.

Cleck: Corey must be home soon or is he already home, hope your move either has gone well or does go well.

Pippin: I hope Sam is better soon - those colds are so hard on the poor babies

Sorry guys am rushing and doing this from memory so I hope I haven't forgotten anyone.

All good with us except Natasha is back to waking at 6.30 where as she was going until 8.30 but she is in great form and full of baba and dada at the moment which is so cute.

Talk to you all soon. :hugs: to all. xx

Ae~ I hope youer oh and mog gets home soon i cant belive they are meking them wait with a baby they should come 1st but i bet it is old ppl and ppl with a lot of money (as it allways is)

Sam~ iam glad Elinors op went good i was only thinking about you the outher day.

Spidey~ the mummy muscles are coming along he is so big it is not easy to keep hold of him for very long but i think as the babys grow we just get stroger so we can carry them. But i so cant wait untill he is walking so he can go down at school run time as at the min i am having to hold him untill they let the kids out.

pip~ I think kids get soming like 20 colds a yr we havnt had any for about a month now tuch wood its all done for the summer here. With Rueben beeing in school he picks every bug up then gives it to lucas and then mummy gets it daddy gose in to hiding when there is illness about

jelr~ lucas has started with the babba dadda mummmmm the last few days it is so sweet to hear

A.F.U

Nothing much going on here lucas is his lovely self and so good and such a happy baby (i will add a pic if i can) I on the outher hand am sick of my weight now and really need to get back to getting it gone. iam under my pre peg weight but needed to lose a stone befor i was preg so iam starting today and not gunna stop untill it is gone.

Woo it seems to be picking up in here recently!
AE - that's ridiculous you must be so worried and angry! FX they manage to get home at the weekend! :hugs:
Samstar - aw glad she is doing so good after her op, such a brave little girlie xx
Pippin - yay for a positive opk! we are WTT til may 11 now after we get married! And sorry to hear about samuels cold! Hope he's feeling okay! Jess has only had 2major colds maybe we've just been lucky though!
Jelr - so sorry to hear about that, that must have been much worse than how I found out, I'm glad it wasn't so long til we found, and I'm feeling okay surprisingly iv got to the point were I can put it to the back of my mind and I don't get upset everyday now, xx

AFU well jess is getting better by the day at crawling, though he still won't sleep in his cot properly, he wants to sleep next to mummy, and he holds on to me in his sleep so even if I get out of bed it sets him off, I try and be tough but I can't bear him crying! Last night he got himself so worked up when I came upstairs to get him he vom'd all over the bedroom when I lifted him out of the cot! :(
he is going in his own room at the end of the month so I'm going to have to be toug h then cus it's killing me having to sleep like this, plus me and Stuart are squashed up in half the bed while jess spreads out on the otherside! x

Samstar, so pleased to hear Elinor is doing well! That little girl is such a fighter :) Any chance of some updated pics of her?

Hey Boothh, glad you're feeling a bit better about your angel, but sorry to hear you're having trouble settling Jesse. We did pretty well giving Mog a special toy to cuddle at night, she goes to sleep having dragged it over her face or curled up over on top of it. Took a while though, and she's totally backtracked in Hong Kong, most of the time she won't sleep unless she's in bed with OH :( Haven't heard from them this morning yet, but I have managed to find a second hand Bounce and Spin Froggy on ebay, and it's just up the road from us in Romford! Ridiculous how super-excited I am at finally getting one, and not having to pay £80 for it :) Okay, it was £55, but it's barely been used and I can sell some other stuff to pay for it. Like my antique oak playpen, that I've had for twelve years and will NEVER use. I'm so lame.

Thanks for your comments on Elin she is getting very cheeky now and is very nearly sitting my HV thinks that Elin will bypass the whole crawling phase because she still absolutely hates being on her tummy and just wants to be sat up looking around (nosy moo moo) here is a pic just for you AE xxxx
https://i702.photobucket.com/albums/ww27/Mamfa84/PICT0017.jpg

Hugs and kisses too all the lion cubs and their beautiful mummies xxxxx
I will add more pics when i get them on my laptop xxx

Hey all

TMR: Best of luck with the weight loss honey, you sound so upbeat and determind, so I bet you will have it gone in no time.

Booth: Oh honey what you went through is just as bad as what we did - i think any miscarriage is a heartbreaking thing to go through whether it be at 5 weeks or 16 - I'm so glad you are feeling better and I bet you will be pregnant again in no time as you will be more fertile now - that is what happened me, it took us over two years to concieve the first time but I was pregnant again in 3 months after the MC. What date is your wedding?

AE: So glad you got the Bounce and Spin Froggy for so cheap - Poor Mog being knocked out of sorts in Hong Kong - Fingers crossed you have them both back at the weekend - I bet she will be so glad to be back with her mummy.

Samstar: The pic of you all is so cute, Elin is getting so big - Natasha always hated being on her tummy, she is not as bad lately, but definitely is a nosey moo and loves being up looking around and doesn't miss a trick. I'm so so glad the op went well.

Well Natasha was at a birthday party today in the playbarn and she absolutely loved being around the other children and didn't know which way to look with all that was going on.

Well off to bed for me. Hope you all have a great weekend. :hugs: to all. Xx

I know it sounds like I'm bitching but why is they a stupid November 10 chat thread in the groups section, I only come in the groups bit and now it feels like they're following me! No one else has a thread in the pregnancy bit and in here why do they feel the need, now I have to look at it everyday I know they arnt but it feels like they've done it just to upset me personally, god I sound so awful and nasty don't I, can you hide particular threads? x

Ack, Boothh, that would really upset me, too. I wonder why they don't just keep their thread in the 1st tri section like we did, or the pregnancy buddies section? I wonder if the mods would move it, because it seems like a pregnancy buddies thing really.

I get confused by "group" threads anyway. Sometimes they are on them right away and move them in here as soon as one is made in the "wrong" place, but there is one in Natural Parenting that SURELY should be in here? It really gets on my nerves (probably because I get a very cliquey, exclusive vibe from a lot of posters in that whole section :( )

anyway, I am sorry it's upsetting you. I totally understand how it would. :hugs:

Sam_star, great to see you again and to hear Elin is doing well. What a fighter. :D

Auntie E, eeeek, any word on when Mog & your husband are back? Did they get a different flight from the May one? I'd be livid. Surely a young baby away from its mother should be towards the top of the priority list?

jelr, that's so cute about Natasha and the party. :D Adam is very interested in other people as well, the other day we went to the park (after an annoying day waiting in for a delivery that never arrived, obviously a gorgeous sunny day) and Adam made a beeline for a lady sitting alone on the grass. Off he crawled and I followed on. Didn't think he'd go right up to this lady but he did so she spoke to him. Turned out she had a 4 year old daughter, who was running round, the daughter came back and Adam had a nice time playing with her. And I had a nice chat with the other mother. REALLY need to find some sort of play group/class/something for Adam because I know he would love to spend more time round other kids. He must get bored with just me...

TMR, good luck with the weight loss. Mine has stalled somewhat and I am back on the chocolate - haven't really lost any weight since the beginning of March but haven't gained any, am 9 13 or 10st. Am planning to go back on the proper diet but need a date in my head to shoot for. But there is nothing as motivating as your own wedding so, I don't know. There'll be a christening in Norway sometime in autumn, and of course there is Adam's birthday... or there's the old saying "nine months on, nine months off" - that gives me till May 15th to lose 10lb (or probably more like 7lb, think I was 9 7 when I got pregnant). Hmmm.

As for us... Adam has spent the last week getting confident at cruising along the settee (walking holding on). He's hardly fallen over after last weekend and has worked out how to get down, most of the time, too. But he's not been sleeping too well. He goes to sleep fine, then wakes about 1am (after 3-4 hours) and we can settle him if we get his out of the cot, but sometimes he won't, but he'll go STRAIGHT to sleep if we take him into bed and sleep fine the rest of the night. He hasn't had a whole night in his cot in a while, maybe once or twice a week (that's an optimistic guess :dohh: ). He has 2 teeths just coming through so I guess that's contributing. But he naps really well in the day, every morning for usually 2 hours, sometimes 3, and then the late afternoon, for an hour or so. Am not sure what to do. Wait it out or try something, and if so, what? Any ideas, anyone?

Oh and I was back to work last Friday and Sat. It was like riding a bike - straight into it like I'd never been away. VERY surreal feeling, also to be back there with no massive baby belly! I kind of missed it (but didn't miss getting out of breath climbing up the stairs). Was also good to see my colleagues and tell them all about Adam. I missed him and I think he missed me because he didn't eat so well (and didn't take much of some of his bottles, but then I found I hadn't drilled the tutorial properly into C and my mother because he had some of the wrong teats on his bottles. :dohh: ). Am not in today but tomorrow, nice to do just one shift and then have 6 days with my baby. :D

:flower:

Aw Boothh :( Will have a play and see if i can work out how to hide threads.

Mog, Duncan and our pregnant friend have a flight for Sunday morning! They piled into the office looking pregnant and pukey (in Mog's case) and were told that they were a priority after all and got booked on, so should be home on Sunday afternoon :)

AE~ so glad they have got a flight back hope the days go fast for you to be with your bubbs agane and your oh

Boothh~ :hugs: it cnt be much fun for you seeing that.

my minds gone blank now lol sorry of my life

a.f.u
Lucas is still not back to crawling dnt know whats gone on there he just seems to of for got how you put him down on hands and nees and he just falls over then starts to roll every where. He is still slepping brill gose to bed at 7pm and wakes at 6am the same as Rueben allso has 3 sleeps in the day. He is allways on the look for things he can not have and is so fast grabing things.

Boothh- When you get on here hun, just go to your subscribed threads specifically and it will bypass the group section completely. I never actually click on 'groups' cause I immediately just check my subscribed threads on here. I don't understand why they have a thread in groups section either because they belong in the pregnancy section! I hope my suggestion helps and you don't have to see it anymore. :hugs: :hugs: Your not being bitchy, I remember so many things that set me off about people on here after losing my angel. I still get peeved a lot of the time but I just keep quiet now. :hugs::hugs:

I don't have time to respond to everything but wanted to let you all know that we are in Arizona so very close to our destination. We stayed at the grand canyon last night and we got a king suite that was literally ten steps from the edge of the canyon. It was AMAZING. And we just had to look out our window to see everything. We watched the sunrise in the morning and took walks along the edge. It was definitely amazing and I'm glad we splurged and spent a little extra for the suite. We had the best room in the entire lodge. People actually stopped to take pictures of it. :haha: Emma is taking it well. She grumps in the car but we tend to drive during her naps and stop when she's up. The most difficult part of the trip is finding pet friendly hotels for our dog. I refuse to leave her in the car.

I'm glad to see everyone is doing well!! :hugs::hugs:

Boothh - Huge hugs to you, I've not had much net access but since I realised what you've been going through from FB you've been in my thoughts xx

Cleck - Sounds like you're having a great adventure, great fun and so glad you're all back together now.

Spidey - poor, poor baby. How can she be holding that all in still, I'm in awe and wondering too what can cause that much blockage, I hope it resolves itself naturally soon. I discovered this morning during nappy change that JP doesn't digest whole raisins and am surprised I didn't hear more about it while she was pooping them out!!

Sam-Star - so glad to hear Elin's had another successful op and she's eating well. JP hated tummy time too until the point she wanted to crawl then she was prepared to go face down but there was a lot of screaming and complaining to go with it!

MJ - playgroup would be great for Adam, sounds like his personlity is like JP's and she loves it, I'm sure it motivates her to do new things and I like that she gets to play with toddlers and children who all seem very taken with tiny babies.

Pippin - hope Sam's feeling better and you too. Its interesting that he's had so many, JP hasn't and I'd put it down to breastfeeding as she got her colds when we were combining but that obviuosly isn't the case if Sam's getting them. She's had a streaming nose for about a month now, it can't just be teeth so I'm wondering if its hayfever or if it is the dairy / milk since the streaming nose comes when she has formula... She's also getting dry skin, problem is finding someone in healthcare I trust enough to ask their opinion.

AE - so glad to hear Mog and Duncan are coming back tomorrow, I really am shocked that they wouldn't prioritise him and pregnant friend at first, what terrible service.

A friend got married in Jamaica recently went to NY for the last couple of days of honeymoon and got stuck there. So far they've been featured in NY Times, video interviewed on Reuters and on Radio 1, its been really surreal how they've taken over the media with their "plight" lol! My friend is probably the only Brit really disappointed to be home, he was really starting to like New York.

Hello to everyone else, lots of positive stuff in here, I love reading about what all the little lion cubs are doing with their days!

We've been super super busy. We've had not roof for two and half weeks so I had to do a mammoth move around and move me and JP downstair to what will be my future bedroom and the old one is now full of stuff to set up her future nursery which I will have to get on with now the roof's back on. It was a bit of a disaster repair job, the builders kept coming down with more problems which tripled the cost of the work and left a hole in the bathroom (right above where I used to stand to change JP) when rotten timbers collapsed and fell through the ceiling. Now I am glad I don't own a house!

Has anyone got a coir / coconut mattress? I need a new one for the cot and torn between a sprung mattress and a coir pad unsprung one but as its a cotbed I'm wondering which will last longer?

Besides that we've been working on another show with Young Theatre which has been immense fun, JP spent most of the week being admired while puking and snotting over her babysitters who seemed to find it cute, say what!?! She was given her own crew theatre blacks with the group's logo on it, I am so chuffed. Beginning to learn how close an eye I need to keep on her as she was crawling around the stage peeling lx tape off the floor and eating it so I am really having to watch what she puts in her mouth now as it tends to be paper, tissues and even sweet wrappers out of the bin!

Working with a group of predominantly 14-16 year olds has made me realise just what we have in store in years to come!! I was constantly repeating myself, had to ask half a dozen times before anything got done, repeatedly asking where things were to be told they were lost no matter how many times I insisted it couldn't have walked out the building and to find it, forever asking them to tidy up, shut up, stop fighting, get on with it, no one cares who's fault it is just do it / fix it / forget it.... It took the whole of last week to recover from the show. Few months off YT now then back to do Panto, JP has been cast as mini-genie, can't wait for that!

The week away seemed to put her off her food so she's living off mostly milk and baby rice and fruit at the moment, typical after I spent 4 hours mashing and mixing meals for her before we left and now I'm having to throw them away each day :( I hope she regains her appetite before I get another lecture from the HV.

She appears to have decided she is bored of crawling and wants to walk now, she looks hilarious standing with hands on floor and bum in air. People are trying to wind me up with a taunting "she'll be walking very soon" followed by a silent "and then you'll be trouble mwuahahahaaaaa". Really, could it be any worse than being able to crawl? At least I'll be able to keep up with toddling! The crew were very disappointed as they hoped to see her make it to her feet unaided and toddle across the stage, its really odd to think that next time we work together she will be walking and maybe talking!

She's learned how to pull up, she fell out of bed while we were away (despite a barracade of pillows) and when I went to rescue her she's got herself standing up against the divan and was wailing to be lifted back up! She's learned how to lean in so her hands are free which resulted in her clearing the table of it contents today before grabbing the metal fruitbowl and marker pen and serenading me with a morning drumming session! There's also be a couple of brief moments where she has stepped away from her support and remained standing before collapsing to the floor, but she's not really cruising yet, just the odd tentative step. This morning she was standing on a very glossy mag and couldn't understand why her feet kept slifing away from her!

The best thing at the moment has to be her raspberry & bubble blowing which has taken on a life of its own, especially when it politics on the tv and she starts going "blaaahsssstttrssssspppppp"! She's constantly making me laugh. Still no rara, gaga, dada or mama from JP though just the usual shrieking, yelling and whining.

Thanks MA. I've been poorly all weekend too as well as last week  but touch wood it's all over now. Never had headache like it and it last 48 hours, NOT NICE!! Going to have a quiet day tomorrow just me and Sam at home. He's on the move big time, rolling, flopping, shuffling and commando crawling, it's not pretty but he gets where he wants to go. He's into puling and pushing so doors, table legs, tele stand, you name it so we are on constant watch :dohh: still it should burn up a few more calories I guess. He get super tired though, he sleeps for England now (discounting when he has been poorly) Today he slept 2 hours in the morning, three this afternoon and then needed to go to bed at 6:30 and he'll probably sleep round till 5/6am tomorrow  all this movement tires him out, he's on the go constantly. Bit of a contrast to when he was newborn, awake every three hours!!! Still not complaining, although now I have said this sod's law he's up loads tonight.

Hope you are all good. xxxx

Samstar - soooooooo glad that Elin is doing so well after her op. She looks like a swetheart
jelr - sounds like Natasha is a sociable little thing
Booth - don't blame you for being pissed off, they shoudl stick to pregnancy bit of forum - big hugs
tmr - good luck with the wieght loss, we did have a weekly weigh in on here ut it seems to have tailed off. I am going to start again this week so feel free to join in!
MJ - wow Adam is a strong, clever young man with all that cruising etc. As for sleeping, I am having bad nights too, I am hoping to try to just rid eit out and hope that she goes back to sleeping at some point! Glad returning to work was ok.
AE - hope that you have Mog and hubby back with you by now
Cleck - that room sounds amazing! I am so happy that you are having a blast with Corey back, and soon you'll be in your own home together as a family! YAY YAY YAY!
MA - do Jorja's raspberries come accompanied buy a huge amount of dribble! It sprays everywhere here!
Pip - glad to hear that you are feeling a little better, it is awful being ill with a bub! Sam is now a super sleeper for you which is great (Sophia has gone the other way!doh!) I just saw your weight loss ticker, you are doing SO well! Nearly half way there! Also bit of a personal question for you! Are you still breastfeeding? And by teh look of yourticker you got your periods back? When did you get them? I haven't got mine yet but have started to get some EWCM, any idea if thsi means my AF might be on its way? I am hoping to TTC at a similar time to you, but if AF doesn't come back then it will prove difficult!

Well as for us, Sophia is very unhappy at night, she has terrible exzema (the creams the doctors prescribe do nothing to help but we have found a cream called Hope's relief that is helping and at £13.99 a pop it should!), I also think she is teething (Which is giving her terrible wind, and sh eis in a lot of pain trying to fart), she also has a cold and is breathign through her mouth. All in all this makes for very unsettled and unhappy nights. I just hate to see her in pain and there be nothing I can do - it breaks my heart and in the middle of teh night with extreme exhaustion it is very easy to cry along with her.
I am getting back on the weight loss band wagon this week - we have just booked a photo session on June 2nd so I would like to be 9st 5lbs for that. Will weigh in wither tomorrow or Tusday to see how far I've got to go!

Hope you've all had lovely weekends x

Hello all my lovely ladies, finally have chance for a proper catch up (I have been reading but not had chance to write a proper reply!).

Boothh - :hugs: Have you contacted admin about why that group is in here? Seems silly that it is when all the others are in pregnancy, at least you can aviod that section completely if you want xxx I'd def be up for a birthday swap, i think its a fab idea :D

MJ - glad your going back to work went OK, sounds like you settled straight back in with no problems. And my my, clever Adam pulling himself up :D I loved your pic of him on FB under the table, was fantastic :D

spidey - poor Kira :( Thats one thing i've never had a problem with with Imi so i'm afraid i'm no use :( Can you get her back to the doc and say that the meds he gave still aren't working? reasure your time when you have a static baby - as much as I love seeing Imi get about, I have to have eyes on her ALL the time

cleckner - best you are super happy aren't you with Corey being home :D How's all the travelling doing? our suite sounds AMAZING and i'm VERY jealous  O, and saw some of your FB pics - Emma is just gorgeous, and soooo diddy next to my chunky monkey  Theres one with a little boy looking out of the window which made my heart melt :cloud9:

tmr - glad to hear Lucas is doing so well and doing well with his food :D Seems very strange for a parent to want the 6 weeks holliday - most i know can't wait to get the kids back in school  That pic of Lucas is just gorgeous :D Good luck with your weightloss - you can do it, especially with that determination :D

AE - can't believe the problems you had with flights - that must have been awful for you all :( How was your time at home alone? Did you get the jobs done you wanted to?

Sam_star - thats fab news on Elins op, bet you are so pleased. What happens next? xx

Pippin - so sorry to hear you've been feeling poorly - its really rough having a baby to look after when all you want to do is curl up :hugs: Excellent news on your cycles :D Mine seem to be all over the place so not sure if i'm coming or going - the only good thing being that I know when we want to TTC again, if i go to docs i'll be referred straight away :D We're hoping to start after the wedding so Oct time - never know we might be bump buddies  Glad to hear Sam is sleeping so well now

jelr - glad to hear Natasha is doing well hun xx

MA - so glad to read of how well you are both doing and ehat fab news about baby genie - thats amazing :D I saw the pic of Jorga in the wig, had me proper laughing  Hope your house is now all fixed and not causing you too much grief :hugs: Can't help with the matress i'm afraid but we have a coil one and its doing good (even with our chunkster!!) not even a mark where she lays and she's been in it for 6 months now. ren't the raspberries so cute :cloud9:

Shiv - so sorry to hear about Sophias eczema :( Must be awful for you and her :hugs: Have you tried a Karvol plug in for her cold? We tried everything with Imis last one and that was the only thing that worked for us. Good luck with your weightloss hun :D

AFU - well i'm sure most of you know from FB Imi has had a bad case of chicken pox - its been soooo horrible :( The spots appreared over about 5 days but the main problem we had was her temperature - was sitting at 102 - 103 most of the time and nothing would get it down. We spent most of one day in the bath (anything to avoid hospital again!!) but tahnkfully she's on the mend now. Still very scabby but not causing her as much greif thankfully (shes still on toddler dose of Piriton as prescribed by doc) and being covered in Acqueous cream with Calamine. But then to top it off we had a tooth appear this morning and a second next to it also almost through! No wonder she's been feeling so poorly bless her! The nights have been terrible and shes waking with a real startle and scaring the life out of me! Just hoping that she starts to feel better soon. Have given her some teething crystals tonight so hoping that'll help :D

Also in our world - shes full on army crawling and slowly proper crawling, into everything especially daddy's wooden giraffes lol. We have lots of mum mum mum mum mum but not dad dad yet! ots of raspberries including on her arm! Since the black out blind went up her sleeping has been fab (pre illness) and is settling as soon as she goes down - day time naps we sometimes have some grizzles but they are def getting less and less!
Not sure if i told you but i am def off work till 24th July. Was going to go back early and my boss has been great saying i could do fixed days, choose my hours and times etc but after finding out we will get no child care help its just not worth going back yet (I am on SMP till that date anyhoo!) My mum is going to have her 2 days a week from that time and we're gonna see how we go!
Wedding plans are coming on nicely - only 5 months to go now. Only thing not to plan is my weight  O well, if i can't fit in to my bargain dress i'll just have to buy another!!
Anyway thinkg thats enough of a ramble from me  Hope all you other girls are well and hope to see you all soon xxx

Also, Becki, i've asked if that thread can go into pregnancy like ours always was. Moderator is going to speak with admin about it x

Vici - Argh Chickenpox! How horrid for poor Imi!

Shiv - Poor Sophia :( When I had a nasty allergic reaction to something, I bathed in Lanisoh, which really really helped with my skin. Is there any possibility it's an allergic reaction to something?

Cleck - so glad you've got Corey back :) Sounds like you're having a great time, I'm very very jealous!

Pip - sorry you've been poorly, it's not much fun when you've got to look after LO as well as feel like death.

MA - I hear you about theatres, Duncan brought back lots of slightly worrying photos and videos of Imogen being allowed to play with the actors from the show, and roll around on stage. Luckily the next two shows she's going to are mine, so I can keep an eye on her.

AFU, they got back yesterday, but had a truly terrible flight. Mog's tummy just hasn't really settled down on the chinese formula, and she was just pooping it straight back out again and wailing because she was still hungry. She guzzled three bottles of SMA and then went to sleep, which was lovely but a bit depressing when she woke up at 3.30 this morning and refused to go back to sleep. I ended up feeding her and then taking her downstairs, putting her in the jumperoo and sleeping on the sofa until seven. Feel a little like death now. Worse, we sent her to the childminder for the first time today, so I hope her tummy settles and the jetlag isn't too bad for them to deal with. She'd changed SO much in the weeks she's been away. She's much more talkative now, and is sitting up on her own, which she wasn't before. She even looked bigger and more like a little person rather than just a baby. I was a bit upset at how much she'd changed to tell you the truth. I'm pretty sure she worked out who I was fairly sharpish. She certainly seemed to know this morning, when I left her alone for a second ;)

Thanks vici that's really nice of you, I didn't want to ask incase I sounded like a troublecauser, though I have mentioned being able to hide threads
in the forum help bit and mentioned what thread I didn't want to see in the hope they'd move it, it does seem silly to have it in here whn there's a pregnancy buddies section, I suppose when your excited about being pg you forget it could be insensitive something like that xx

It's booby nap time again so 1-handed typing for me! I'm going to try my best to remember whats happening so forgive me if I get names wrong!!

Pippin- like Shiv, I am curious about your cycles :haha: I still haven't gotten AF yet... so I'm assuming I'm pretty infertile. Are you having regular monthly cycles? I'm not planning to TTC until Kira's atleast closer to 2, but when all you girls talk about TTC again I get all crazy wanting to get pregnant too! Plus my boss was being a total b*tch today and I know if I had #2, there would be no way I could keep working :winkwink:

Cleckner- Kira is the same way in the car- I feel for you! We only take super short trips (under 10 minutes) and she will behave... but any longer she will NOT tolerate!

MA- OOh... I love baby rasbperries! Kira started making unique raspberries recently too- I try getting them on camera but she stops when I film her!

As far as sleeping goes, I'm not much help (Boothh- I think you're the one with the difficult sleeping Jesse). Kira is still in my bed, spread eagle so I don't get much space :haha: I don't mind too much as she sleeps great and is so cute when she sleeps!

anyone on FB- I made a FB account in January and started inviting fellow lion cub mommies as I saw mention of FB... but I've since got lazy and I know I'm missing lots of you! So send me a pm if you want to add me as a friend! I will eventually go back thru posts and pm everyone that I'm missing but it might take me awhile.

Kira is still not pooping regularly... I'm using suppositories once a week to get her to go. I think she's actually not pooping on purpose since she''s not use to the sensations of a more solid poop. We see her doctor in a couple of weeks and plan to discuss poop some more since the doctor isn't concerned with the 7 day suppository induced poo. I want my daily pooper back!!

:hi:

Sorry I've been a bit quiet since I have been poorly, I've been making the most of the sunshine.

As for the horrid AF, this is my situation. yes Shiv I'm still breastfeeding first thing and last thing and sometimes just a 5 minute feed before his day time naps and if he wakes in the night. My period came back two cycles ago, well I've had three bleeds if that makes sense my first was a 32 day and just now it's gone to 29 so I'm hoping I'll get back to a 27/28 again like before. I also got a positive opk last cycle at cd19, a bit late but a positive none the less. I have loads of friends that still haven't got their periods so I'm the lucky one hahahahaha. He was 6 months roughly when I first got ewcm and then they started again. Still at least I can get regular again before Sept when we are TTC again, there is one upside to her being back

Sam is waking up again in the night but I think he's a bit poorly still. He did three hours and an hour nap today so I'm hoping for a good night. it seems the more he naps the better he sleeps at night. Also I think he might be too hot so I'm going to reassess the sleeping arrangement.
