Boothh- Is the drinking age 21 over there too? I keep thinking the next big age for me is 25 because than I can rent a car here. Not as if I really need to rent a car but it's one of those things you can't usually do until your 25. For my 21st I got a tattoo to remember it by and than got uber-drunk.

Nutty- I always think of you as being older. Than you mention your age and I remember! Your just so accomplished and have your complete little family already.

Kimberly- I feel old too sometimes. I know I'm still in my 20s but the girls I meet for playdates are usually young. For my new playdate group one girl is only 21 and has a 3 year old. Which makes me feel like I'm somehow behind even though she had her son while still in high school. And my mom always talks about being done with kids by 23. I'm glad you talked to your DH!! I hope it makes a difference.

I am only 22 and I have 2 babies under 2 and spent 90% of my 21 and 22 years being pregnant, I never really had the chance to get out there and party hard For my 21st...I think I made it till 11:30 pm and ended up throwing up all over the bar bathroom and had to have my brother in law and ross drive me home, it was crap haha. I am looking forward to having a big glass of Coors Light though. I will be 23 on October 1st and Im like eh, just another year, I am looking forward to like 50-55...senior discounts haha

@ senior discounts. We get military discounts most places that are comparable to the senior discounts. It's nice. But we are poor so it doesn't really make up for it.

Have you ever tried those sparks beers? I can't think if that's what they are called exactly. But they don't taste like straight up beer. they are more of a girly version I think. Anyways I had so many one night plus I mixed with hard liquor. Stupid mistake and I can't look at them without gagging a little. I'm the same with pina colada's. Just the smell makes me gag. That drink was ruined for me at my bachelorette party.

I'm going to be 30 in January! I don't know what I was waiting for in regards to starting a family, LOL. DH and I have been together since high school and Kira was actually a surprise baby! I guess in my mind there was never a right time since I was focusing on having a career and saving up enough money, etc... but I'm so happy that things worked out the way they did. Recently my job has become nothing but stress since my boss has turned into a nutcase and the lab that I work in is going to be shut down in a year, so no more job for me anyway!

Kimberly- Its good you talked to your DH. If he's holding all that frustration inside each day, it has to come out sometime and you're bound to be the target. I hope he can talk to his boss or be transferred (if its a large enough company) or find a new job altogether. Even if it meant a pay cut and moving to a smaller place, it would be worth having less stress for everyone.

Heidi- thats cute Caylee has the same I love Dad onesie as Kira and Emma. I love their bedroom too... having 2 cribs in the same room is so cute! I bet Lily gets so much entertainment from watching Caylee run around... she is lucky to have such a good big sister!

Nuttymummy- I wonder if Abbi will get a sheep fetish like Kira

nope you have to be 18 here, but its not really that strict i was going to clubs when i was 15, and had already been drinking a few years by then :/

jesse is still wearing some 6-9 bottoms, his legs are reall short bless, he has some 6-12 pjs i have to roll up to get to fit his legs too lol,

most of his bottoms are 9-12 now and he wears a mixture of 9-12 and 12-18 tops and iv just started putting 12-18 vests/onesies on him x

Okay..this is funny but she is driving me nuts at the same time. Emma must watch the dogs eat because she has now decided that it's funny to shove her face onto her plate and lick the food into her mouth instead of picking it up with her hands. She is doing it right now as I type this with corn. It keeps getting stuck to her chin and I say no and she just looks up at me like 'what mom?!'


Boothh- So whats the big deal about a 21st birthday there? I saw some other girl bring up her 21st birthday in the general section and she wanted to know what she should get for it to remember it. I'm confused now.


I've definitely grown out of the drinking phase. I don't even have anything in our house besides some wine bottles. I'm a bit of a prude now when it comes to drinking because I get so upset seeing people across the street having a party and drinking when there are kids running around. It's probably just me being uptight...

Cleck and booth- im so jelous of you girls still being in your 20s lol i turned 30 in july and it seems like a dream or maybe a nightmare lol i remember my mum being this age and i thought she was ancient at the time... but i just dont feel old...prob in denial teehee.

Kiera has been unwell the last couple of days and this morning came out in a pin prick rash from head to toe..we had her at emergency docs tonight as she had temp of 39c he said she has a viral infection but i was worried because this all started the dayafter she had Hib/men c jab?? has anyone elses lo had a reaction to this jab or had a similar thing happen after jabs?? xx

I've just now had another positive opk. This makes 4 in a row!! ARGH!!! I don't understand what is going on! I did have a little bit of a temp rise this morning. So why is the opk still positive? I'm 100% certain it is positive, too. Two of them were with CBE digi (smiley face or circle one) and the other two were with 'Answer' and I've double and triple checked the instructions and their diagrams showing what a positive and negative test looks like and it's DEFINITELY positive!! The test line is darker than the control line! Do any of you lovelies have any input for me and can remember this happening to them during their TTC days or just cycle tracking days? I feel like I'm going nuts here! Below is my chart. Any input is welcome and I'm sorry for going off topic on you all again. Please forgive me. I just feel like I'm going mad here. Kimberly I really wish I could help but I have NO clue how charts even work. Whenever I look at someone's chart it looks like a foreign language to me. I never even used ovulation strips when TTC. I don't even know how they work.

Gahhhh I am so pissed. I just washed and dried a ball point pen with all our clothes and it stained my dryer beyond belief and all our clothes, I tried every trick in the book to get it out, and nothing works, all Caylees new fall clothes are EFFED. grrrrrrrrr

i dunno what the deal with 21 is its still a big birthday over here though but dont think theres much you can do apart from get more credit cards loans and mortgage haha my mum was going to get me a charm bracelet for my 21st, but jesse loves charms and hes broke them all off my pb bag so i said i didnt want one so shes giving me £200 for spends at disneyland

well i am pissed off, when we took jesse to the docs about his throwin up and they said he has reflux well the stupid gaviscon they gave me hasnt stopped him throwing up if anything its got worse, and his sick is now always curdled and rank :/ im having to change myself and him a few times a day at the moment cus hes being sick and he is throwing up things like juice or a biscuit its ridiculous he shouldnt be throwin up things like that!
theres always sick on his toys and im always cleaning HES JUST HROWN UP AGAIN! this is the 5th time today i feel like crying why wont they listen to me!!

they sent me a referral letter saying we ave an appointment 22nd october im so f*cked off like really i have to wait another 6weeks of him throwin up i cant take this anymore!

Boothh- That is ridiculous about them making Jesse wait that long! Do you think it could be something he's eating? I can't eat gluten since it makes be nauseus and vomit, so it could be something like that. I know celiac disease (gluten allergy) is alot more common that people think. I think it's 1 out of 100 people. And I LOL about just having sex to get pregnant- me too

Kimberly- I really have no clue about those charts either, but later I'll look since I'm a nerd about anything put on a chart or graph

Cleckner- Emma is such a sweet girl... thats so cute she's eating like a dog

Heidi- That really sucks about the pen in the dryer. Once I washed a pack of gum and I still have gum stuck in my dryer. It's awful about Caylees clothes- I would be in tears. Could you try Oxyclean to see if that helps?

spidey iv kept a food diary for the last 6weeks and there is absolutly no pattern between his activity/what he eats and his throwing up, i KNOW he has a medical condition but they wont lsiten to me they just fob me off,

I don't know about ball point pen, but hot vinegar gets chewing gum off - microwave some vinegar in a mug and then use an old toothbrush or cloth to soak the gum and scrub it off. It's like MAGIC. Although it smells like wee.

Booth, I feel terrible for you and Jesse!!!! How horrible of a situation to be in and have no one listen to you. Is there another clinic or doctor you could take him to?
