Booth, I love LOVE his bedroom. That ball pit is amazing, I sooo want one

and :hi: Jesse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Her name was Xarxa - and I had a nose and she hasn't been on since february!

Cleck - you are such a strong woman, but don't feel that you can't come on here and moan and be upset about Corey going away - you don't have to be strong with us :hugs:

Heidi - are you all free from the fly now? Hope so x

Oh xarxa!! :dohh: I wasn't even close. Lol

On phone so can't do a long post but Heidi I'm glad u guys are feeling better!!

We are running last minute errands before dh leaves power of attorney and things like that. I'm sitting in a parking lot just waiting for dh to get it all done cause Emma is napping in her carseat :D

jesse ate a bowl of soup for dinner all on his own!! im so proud of him hes gettin really good with a spoon now! hes been doing his yoghurts for a while but never a full meal he normally ends up using his hands! :D

aw well done Jesse! no way Sophia could do that, she still turns the spoon upside just before it gets to her mouth :dohh:

Yay to Jesse!! Emma is awesome with her utensils too. Especially in the past month. I've never given her soup but she will happily feed herself applesauce and yogurt and stuff like that. :D

So I am actually physically sick to my stomach about DH leaving. I've never taken it this badly before. I need to sleep more but I keep waking up having to run to the bathroom. And I keep having the most random bursts of crying. :( I don't know what my deal is. This is the 3rd time he's done a full deployment, but the first time since Emma. He hasn't deployed like this since 2007. DH didn't help because he never cries usually but this time he couldn't stop. He really didn't want to leave Emma. He didn't even want Emma to fall asleep last night because he said it'll be the last time she sees him in nearly 7 months.

Aw Cleck, i am so sad for you and Corey, i cannot imagine how hard it is for you. I hate that I can't say anything to make it any better for you, just know that I think you are amazing and you are gonna do such a great job bringing up Emma over the next 7 months, Corey is gonna be so proud of you both when he gets back :hugs

And tell that man of yours to make sure this ishis last big deployment, he needs to get himself a normal job!

Well Emma just went to the front door trying to pry it open, so I opened it and she went straight for the garage door trying to open it, so I let her in the garage and she was giggling like she always does when she goes out to see DH...Well she looked under the Jeep, walked around the jeep looking around, and her face just dropped. I cried and cried but I truly hope she understands and doesn't keep trying to find him. :(

Shiv- I agree he needs a real job.

aww cleck i dont know what to say :hugs: im really sad for you :( i hope it goes fast for you, and you know you have all of us xxxxx

:hugs: Cleck :(
Like I said before I could not imagine having to go through that, but you are so strong and amazing, and I think it was Shiv who said you don't have to be strong around us all the time. We are always here for you, even if its to vent, cry or share happy moments, you have a family in each one of us, and I know I cant get ya pregnant or be all sexy like he is but if it helps I can go find a sailor suit and we can skype lmao. :haha:
Seriously though, we are here for you and Emma:hugs: :cloud9:

Cleckner- :hugs: I don't know how you and Corey do it. I hope these next 7 months fly by for you three. I don't know what else to say  Will Corey beable to video chat at all? I have a friend who is from Ireland and her 18 month old daughter video chats with Grandma and Grandpa and it really keeps their bond between visits.

I am impressed with the utensil skills of Jesse and Emma  Kira tries with her spoon but unless the food is really sticky she cannot get it into her mouth. There is no way she could eat soup!

As for us- still no walking yet! I don't know when Kira will ever walk! At her 12 month visit she had blood taken for iron and lead, and we just found out that her iron is at the low end of normal. We're supposed to give her iron drops twice a day but I'm having too much trouble with it and they taste soooo nasty. I convinced the doctor to give me a chance to increase the iron in her diet first. She gets retested in January so we'll see how I do! She's not a big meat eater- do the other babies like meat?

Just a quick pop in as I just wanted to say send big hugs cleck :hugs: - I really do think you and Corey are amazing and so strong. I actually had tears in my eyes reading your post as I just can't imagine going through this.

I really hope the next few months fly by for you. xxxxxxx

Yay for Jessie and Emma using a spoon, Natasha does the same as the rest and turns her spoon upside down and the food lands on her tray before ever getting to her mouth, so either I spoon feed her or she uses her hands.

Spidey: Natasha does eat lots of meat - I think she will take after her daddy as he loves his meat - Does she like fish, chicken or lentils even as they are also good sources of protein and she might like the taste better than red meat. We have semi walking, Natasha will walk half ways across the room some days but she seems to prefer to crawl as she keeps slipping.

I think I'm going to get her a pair of pre-walkers to see if that helps - I know they are meant to learn best in their bare feet, but it is so cold here with the snow that I have to keep socks on her and they are causing her to slip more.

Not much news for us, I haven't been outside of the house apart from my mams and a walk to the shop since Thursday as we have had lots of snow in most of the county although only 2 days of it here as it thaws quickly with the sea air but the snow starts about 5 mins from us and the rest of the county is covered so I wouldn't chance driving in it. this country is so not prepared for snow as loads of places are closed and I have no work this week, which is great but I'm getting a little stir crazy now lol

Well gonna get to bed - Talk to you all soon.

spidey- Emma likes chicken more than any other meat. And tuna. I don't make fish very often but when I do, she eats a lot of it. But if I made anything with hamburger or steak, she pretty much refuses to eat it.

jelr- I bet shoes will help Natasha walk more. They'd probably help stabilize her a bit more with the support in the ankles. Snow sounds nice to me. I could use a good snowed in week. It's a good excuse for staying inside and not getting dressed all week.

I would say shoes would help as well. I love Stride Rite, they have stages for little feet and where they are at with walking, etc.

We have snow here and it is windy as well, so boooooooo it's so cold.
