If you have to clean the litter box, wear a face mask and cloves and I would change my clothes afterwards too in case anything flew onto your shirt then if you sit down to eat wearing that shirt....yikes. So also change clothes afterwards. I would try to bug hubby to do it, but if you have to do it, just be sure to wear a mask, gloves, and change clothes afterwards. I love cats, I had a cat who died like 3 months before I got pregnant, so knowing what I read about cat litter, I didn't get another cat once I knew I was pregnant.
