Looking for a book I can't remember the name of..

When I was a little girl I remember a picture book about a little girl called Lucy who gets a new baby brother. She isn't impressed and moans about him all the way through while everyone tells her how lucky she is and how lovely the baby is and she gets more and more fed up... Then the mum and dad are trying to get the baby to say "mama" and "Dada" and the baby says "Lucy" and she realises that she does love him.

The picture on the front had a baby screaming in a cot I think and the Little girl with her fingers in her ears!

Anyone know this book? !!

Thanks, it seems so similar but it was written in 2009 so I know it can't be the one! I would have read it in 1990ish.

I didn't even notice the publishing date. The story sounds really familiar and the cover you described. I can almost picture it I just can't think of the name.

Is it "Aren't you lucky" written by Catherine Anholt?

I'm sure there's one called 'I'm important too' or something along those lines? I can remember it being at my daughters nursery when they had an open day but can't remember if that's the correct name. The cover has a baby in a cot on the front I'm sure but I have a feeling it's a newer book

Thank you I've had a look but it's none of those. I remembered another detail, the girl referred to the baby as a "sack of potatoes" and I think there were illustrations as if the baby were a sack of potatoes.
