You girls have motivated me so much! I still have two stone to lose from my pregnancy with my DD last year. I had started SW and was doing well but then I got pregnant and had a MC so fell off the bandwagon big style. Blah- please can you put me on the list for 14lbs, should be doable I hope!
 
Started back at weight watchers today. Originally lost 2 stone but havent been for 8 weeks and really haven't stuck to it. Put on 4 1b which isn't as bad as I thought. Time to get my butt back in gear xx

Oooo lord and to think I lost 115 of those in 2010!
 
I need to read up about slimming world as I don't have a clue but lots of people I know seem to do well with losing weight on it. Does anyone know of any good websites I can find info about it?

I got a CD with loads of recipes and the syn value of things plus a massive list of all free and super free foods for 99p on ebay :thumbup:

I try and remind myself that half a stone is the average weight of a baby :shock: which is a lot!
 
I had weetabix for breakfast & a small flapjack for lunch- bit naughty but!

No idea what tea will be :) a pair of trousers I wore a year ago, are now too big for me, I'm a happy bunny :dance:
 
oh yay for too big trousers! Cant wait til I can fit into some of my old clothes again lol

Even a pound is the same size as a tub of butter so each one off I see as another tub gone:haha:
 
Hey everyone :) I've got a few questions. With the slimming world are people joining and going to the meetings or just using the recipes from an app or something? Do you try not to eat after a certain time? I always feel the need to have something to eat just before I go to bed, I'm not necessarily hungry so that needs to stop.

Are you eating the same food but just cutting your portions down? I remember the days a happy meal would be more than enough for me, now days I have a large meal plus a mc flurry. Not Good! My dinners are nearly as big as my ohs now.

One last question :) what do you drink? I'm trying to drink more water but with it getting colder I'm having more hot drinks. I might drink the green tea that's been sitting in my kitchen for months, if only it wasn't so horrible and made me feel sick :(

I just follow SW on my own :) aslong as you have motivation I dont think classes do anything that google cant ;) I eat whenever I'm hungry.
Portion control is something I still need to tackle but the good thing with SW is you have to fill your plate 1/3 i think it is with 'superfree' fruit and veg so it fills you up on less calories or fat.
I drink normal tea and diet pepsi lol Not so good but hey ho!
 
Thanks Blah I'm going to have a look on eBay for the cd you got. I've downloaded the sw app and can see the meal plan but how do I work out how much I'd need to eat to lose a certain amount of weight a week roughly? Not sure if that makes sense? I'm crap at wording things :) like can you put in your target weight etc and then it tells you, you can have so n so calories a day? X
 
Urgh, OH has ordered Dominoes for Dinner :( I want it, but I'm sick as it is, and im sure it has something to do with gluten, so going to try and stick with my soup!
