luck for February/March BFP

Well, AF just showed. Guess it's on to cycle #3 for us...

I'm so sorry jury. I'm on cycle #4 and my third BFN was super hard

I finally caught up. I my doctor had me take a progesterone test at day 21 and it was 7 ng/ I read this is a minimum for ovulating. In the past she has suggested taking Clomid, I wonder if I should do that this coming cycle. Did she say you start on cycle day 1 and take it for 5 days?

Hi lamago...i c your progestrone was at 7 on day 21...well the cycle before i started clomid i had a progestrone level of 9 on day 21 which my dr was not very happy with...i started clomid the following mth and got a progestrone of 18 that mth...i got my first bfp on my 3rd cycle of clomid...and clomid is usually taken day 3 thro to day 7 ....or from day 5 to 9..depending on your day of ovulation with the medicine...

Really, are you with a fertility specialist? My obgyn did not seem worried. I got a level of 9.4 last month in cd 21 and now 7. She said it was fine that I was ovulating and sent me for an ultrasound.

Maybe I should call her and ask for clomid.

Yes I am in the US n no I'm not with a specialist..I'm seeing an ob/gyn.my doc says they want to c 10+ levels on a non medicated cycle n 15+ on a medicated one...

when do they start talking clomid with people?? like, how long do you need to be trying and not getting pregnant for that to be an option?

I'm not sure mrs. LCS, i have been trying for 4 months but i went into the doctor because I am so anxious. She offered to use clomid because i had low progesterone on cycle 1 with her but then it went to 9.4 and she said it was ok. Now it's down to 7 ng/mol

Lauren i cant really answer wen they suggest...cos i went to c my ob 4 mths after i had been trying and i asked him abt clomid as i had my frends who had taken it and gotten pregnant successfully...he was quite open to the idea but had to wait a cycle to check my progestrone levels on a non medicated cycle...after getting a number tht he wasnt very happy with then did he ok the clomid...i think for u tho...u have managed to get pregnant on your own right...so i think your ovulating well enuf...but of course u can speak to your ob and get your progestrone checked if your getting too anxious

Hi ladies. Just checking in. Finished my last pill today. Hoping the upped dosage to 100 mg is it for this fourth cycle. Went and got my noverall injection from the pharmacy and it was $230. I almost had a heart attack but of course insurance don't cover it. Waiting for march 12th to go in for my mid cycle ultrasound. First one so I'm a but nervous.

My obgyn called me back but she said anything above a 5 is ovulating and she doesn't think I need clomid. Unfortunately I got a voicemail so I couldn't talk to her.
