I agree with finding it difficult to figure out choices. Hopefully there are some good options from other ladies out there
I don't know if it's different in the UK or not, but I would be careful with tuna. At first I was told no tuna first trimester and at my last nutrition appointment I was told due to new studies they don't recommend it during pregnancy because of the high levels of mercury. I guess there are new news/ studies everyday. I can tell ya I really do miss it :/
