i was just in the toddler forum and went to click on a thread and instead i was taken to this page.
could someone explain it to me please?

I've been seeing that a lot too.

I see it in the TTC/Tandem Nursing Pregnancy thread in BF. Page 7 I think, along with other pages!

i tried accessing the thread numerous times even after reloading and refreshing and it comes up no matter what

Yup! I got this too. I think someone hacked the forum? Somehow put a virus on the site? My antivirus/antimalware software immediately detected it and (I hope) took care of it.

Here is the virus/malware info:

Name: Java/CVE-2011-3544.gen!B

Category: Exploit

Description: This program is dangerous and exploits the computer on which it is run.

Recommended action: Remove this software immediately.

Security Essentials detected programs that may compromise your privacy or damage your computer. You can still access the files that these programs use without removing them (not recommended). To access these files, select the Allow action and click Apply actions. If this option is not available, log on as administrator or ask the security administrator for help.

Items:
containerfile:C:\Users\[myname]\AppData\Local\Temp\jar_cache7528448411733254627.tmp
file:C:\Users\[myname]\AppData\Local\Temp\jar_cache7528448411733254627.tmp->caw.class

By the way if anyone thinks they got this virus and your computer is not protected, I have Microsoft Security Essentials and it removed it. It is free.

i got a huge virus a week and a half ago called trojan and it attacked my computer while i was browsing bnb  has there been problems with security i wonder ?

I just got a similar message saying that BnB contains content from a website called *****************, which is a known malware distributor.

If you look at the screenshot it tells you that the error isn't coming from BnB, it's coming from a blinkie/graphics site. It's a error served by google (https://safebrowsing.clients.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.blinkieheaven,com%2F&client=googlechrome&hl=en-US) that scans code (not images) for sites that may have been exploited. This has nothing to do with BnB. Unfortunately that error will show even though it just an image that is in someones signature/post.

You can check the status of BnB here: https://safebrowsing.clients.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=babyandbump.com

We've blocked images from the offending site, so you shouldn't get anymore errors.

not just me then, was happening all morning on me. Not happened since coming back fingers crossed.
