March...Hoping for some Irish luck to bring us little Charms

Just read it could be IUI irritation...makes sense.

I am just too excited about this cycle.

Wow allison, that is amazing news!! Congrats to you Hun! We've all been in this together for several months now, so its great to see someone get a BFP. :)

MissStacy, good to hear from you! I'm so sorry for all you went through yesterday. More sorry that you're feeling it worse today. :( But atleast you've got some answers, and now maybe in a few weeks when you see your Dr again, you'll be right back to TTC again! We miss you over here. :)

beaglemom and moni, I am super excited to see that the timing has worked out so well for your IUIs! I have high hopes for you ladies this month. And omg, moni, the size of your giant follie was amazing, I dont think I've ever seen that high of a number! Wuhu! Three good eggs, means three times the chances to get prego!

savvy, looks like AF got ya'. :( I'm so sorry. :hugs: How are you doing? Are you doing anything different this cycle, or gonna just keep trying like your new Dr suggested?

FBG, your chart is looking really, really good.... I see you noted some spotting.... is that typical for you, or is that something new? I can't recall if you are like me and beaglemom and always spot before AF. But either way, your chart looks so good, I can't help but be excited. :)

Sarah, I was happy to see you jump back on and post a few times! How are things going for you now? Remind me, what cd are you on?

Wanted to say hello to our new friends Runner and Melikhab! So Runner, did AF get you today? You said you expected it could happen Sat, right? I'm hoping its staying far far away! :)

misaacs, so sorry about your car situation! That's not a good position to be in. Will your insurance not cover it then? I think in my state, as long as you have full coverage, if the other person doesnt have insurance or something, usually your own will cover you.

Hi Floridasian! And Hi to everyone else! Loved reading the updates!

Ya i am not so sure about this cycle. i think its a flop and i am good with that. I usually start spotting cd 7-9ish and some times it stops other times not. but i was taking an aspirin so bloods thinner and more spotting. i think i will stop the aspirin for the next two cycles.

I emailed my OB doctor and also did more research within the hospital about their Center for Reproductive Medicine. Giving the doctor a few days to reply and will contact the center at the end of the week to make appointments if needed.

Beaglemom, good luck with your progesterone check. Is it just a blood test? I am definitely getting one after ovulation this cycle.

I can't remember who had the elevated prolactin, but mine was elevated too. They brought me back in to test it again and unfortunately I don't remember if they ever told me the results(they were pretty terrible about that.) but they never recommended treating it or anything so I never worried about it.
To any of you, I'll definitely recommend the fertilaid for women. I took it for 2 months, one bottle only though. You're supposed to take 3 a day making the bottle a month supply, but I took 2 a day and made it last a little longer and the 2nd month on it was when my O day was cd14. That has never happened for me, I usually O on cd18-ish so it definitely does something! For $28 it's definitely worth a try!!

It is just blood work. I've had it done before but this is specifically for cd 21 to check if I ovulated. I am hoping they can tell me if the level is ok for implant. I am pretty certain I ovulated. I just have a strange feeling I may need an extra boost somewhere.

Thanks Beaglemom, I thought it was a blood test from what I have read. I also read to get a progesterone test on 7dpo to check the levels. Hopefully by checking it early they can see if it is too low and give you a boost. Let me know how it goes. Is your sick pup doing better today?

Yes, it seems to be all out of her system. All three of them we like dead logs yesterday. The daylight savings really messed them up I think. I am feeling it this morning.

They have my blood...I should get a call later today.

I forgot to mention I had another pregnancy dream last night. I found out super early & was showing the test to everyone. I don't really think much about the dreams anymore. I think it is hormonal because I get more of them around ovulation.

Just got back from the doctor's office. They did not have any of the other tests back but the nurse did tell me that my prolactin was 36.2 last Monday so it was about 12 points higher than normal and that's why they wanted to repeat it to see if it comes down with the hCG since it goes up during pregnancy. So yes it's elevated but I don't think it's so high that it interferes with ovulation (keeping my fingers crossed) although it is CD12 now and I still don't have a positive OPK yet. I usually o on CD13 and start getting positive or close to positive OPK around CD11 or CD12 so this is a bit unusual for me. But then again coming off of a m/c I guess my body is still finding its way back to normal.

beaglemom, daylight savings time always messes me up too. I have had a migraine since yesterday morning. Love pregnant dreams though...they keep me thinking positive!

floridasian, hopefully your results come back lower and you can speak with your doctor if needed. Hopefully you will get a positive opk soon!

beaglemom - pregnancy dreams are always a good sign. I've heard of many stories of women having pregnancy dreams during tww and end up with a BFP!!

Doctor just called - my hCG is down to 2.63 so NO METHO NEEDED!! YAY! But he wants to repeat it again next week to make sure it gets below 2 (below 2 is what he considers negative). My prolactin isn't back yet but he said it was elevated last week. We'll see how that goes.

Hope your headache goes away soon Savvy! I hate spring forward - I had to get up at 6:30 this morning for my appointment (I normally sleep in till 7:50 because I work from home so there's no commute) so in reality it was really only 5:30. Ouch! And I have to finish a large bid today (my boss already called me twice this morning) and I'm already falling asleep! LOL!

Ugh, I'm so annoyed. I had no idea you didn't get a prenatal appt until at least 6 weeks! I thought they'd at least bring me in for blood work or something! My first appt isn't until the 24th. That feels like forever away!! I left a message for my RE as well though so I'm hoping maybe they'll bring me in before then. My OBs office did tell me to keep taking the progesterone though so I'm glad I started it. They said I'll take it until I'm 16 weeks!

And Floridian, so glad your levels were back to normal! My dr never called me with my repeat results so I just assumed it was normal that 2nd time. Lol

I have been having dreams every TWW for the last few months. I think it is a mix of hormones, clomid, & just having it on the brain. But they are still nice to have.

I am glad your numbers are low again. Now you can start moving forward.

I am already impatient for this wait. Ugh!

Also today I had my half caff (attempting to quit caffeine) & my boss is driving me nuts already. Not sure this quitting caffeine was such a good idea. I only drink coffee at work.

As annoying as it sounds there are just way too many stories of misdiagnosed miscarriages because people go in too early and nothing can be seen on the ultrasound yet. Trust me it's better to go in after the heart beat can be seen than going too early and be stressed out that something is wrong! Hang in there - I'm sure everything will be fine!

I think that even after we get our positive, we are still on a continuous wait for the remainder of the 9 months. I feel like I would constantly be waiting for the next step. I know it has to be hard...but it will go by fast. Just take care of yourself the next couple weeks. I am an anxious person anyways, so I just hope when I am pregnant, I can try to relax & be calm during the pregnancy.

I forgot to tell you guys I have another reading scheduled for the 12th. It is indepth...so maybe a couple of pages! I am pretty excited. She is on the west coast, so I assume on the morning of the 13th, I will wake up to an email. I know, I really should stop ordering them. But it helps me pass the time, I guess. And it is fun.

Yay Floridasain!! So glad your hcg is down! :happydance:
Thanks, I was feeling better and then all of a sudden it came back, so I am taking a break and relaxing for a few minutes. My hubby gets up at 6:00 for work and I get up with him. I run my business out of my home and set my own hours and workload weekly. Luckily I can relax a bit today and work harder tomorrow when I hopefully feel better. Hope you are able to wake up and finish your bid today!

Yeah,I understand that. I wasn't really expecting an ultrasound or anything so early, I just wish they'd bring me in for blood work or something so I know my numbers are where they should be. Having pcos and it taking so long to just get pregnant makes me nervous. I'll just try to distract myself these next couple weeks. Lol.

Who is your reading from, beaglemom? I love reading readings! Lol. I was thinking about getting another one now that I got my BFP and see what they say now.

That does get annoying! I can see why they want you to wait for an appointment/ultrasound but a quick blood test only takes a minute! Good luck with the RE! When did you start taking the progesterone?

Forgot to say that the doctor said all the other tests done last week were negative. So now I can sleep better tonight!!
