i didnt realise you were selling loo, good luck, apparently the couple liked the house but they are viewing several others in the next couple of days so fingers crossed!

well done fryja on a good night. R slept til 5am, fed, then slept til 8.30am so very happy here again!

lozza, i agree with mitch, R was waking 4+ times a night and i was exhausted and i too didnt want to move him until he slept longer. in the last 3 days since being in his own room he has slept until 5 am and then again until about 8am

Yay for being an Auntie Crowned :happydance:

Lozza - I tried J in his Mamas and Papas Bumbo thing but he needed a bit of support at the back as the seat seems quite big. Only thing is he's not really worked out how to look down and touch things on the tray part and after a few minutes ended up sitting a bit sideways so I took him out :dohh:

Loo - enjoy swimming

Lads with water meters, why give them baths? You should try a shower! Roh used to (and still does) love a nice warm shower! It uses way less water, and you can either lay them in the bath/ shower tray on a non-slip mat and shower them or get in too and shower together ;). Once they can sit in a bath seat then you can use that and shower them. :). Just a thought as an alternative :)

Grr, not had any sales calls for a while and now suddenly back to 10 calls a day! :( wish they'd shove off!

emera -R sometimes goes in the shower with hub sometimes and he loves it!

im feeling bored today...

cuppie - dont be too impressed, i should be doing alot more than zumba to get in a bikini in september! I look gross. :( gah. ps... what cravings did you give into?

Loo/glow - G cant roll yet, just goes on his side is all. maybe its his massive 98% percentile head! trust him to get my big head.

Mitch - G has baths in his tub still as he can sit up in it now, or he has a lay down bath OR he baths with me. but i wear a bikini  otherwise he might want food.

crowned - congrats to your sister!!! details please :)

Mouse - G wakes up to feed at 5am on the dot regardless of whether bed was 7,8 or 9pm..... fingers crossed u have a great night :)

Loo - how is the swimming going? we are still debating G starting in september....

emera - YAY for F and STTN!

Lozza - i weigh him every 2 weeks so have to wait till next week :( im not TOO worried but i dont like the idea of him his weight being 'under observation' as they put it. so fingers crossed he has stabalised :) next week will tell :) x thanks for asking x how did yours go?? xxx

emera - i second the shower idea.... G loves it.

Ladies, I need food porn please (to stop me from actually pigging out haha)... so tell me what your having for dinner lol. tonight for dinner we are having Lamb with sweet potatos and sour cream. Tho prob no sour cream for me thanks to my stupid ''lets be healthy'' crap. :haha:

also as a side note, has anyone noticed their milk slow done alot lately? I defo have  im worried thats why Gs weight has dropped off.

also... lozza... sorry if uve said before, but what did Z wear when he swam on hols? xx wetsuit? just a swim nappy?

xxx

Hi Lads...

Sorry for the boredom... I've been to baby sensory then to a breast feeding group and now got the outlaws coming over for dinner so not bored here...just a bit rushed to get dinner made!! :dohh:

Re baths - N has a bath support thing https://www.amazon.co.uk/Beaba-Tran...OB2K/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1341320063&sr=8-1 which he loves but he is getting a bit overhangy so hoping it might last until he can sit in a swivelly seat thing... N loves the shower after swimming but he's a bit slippery at home with us both naked!! :haha:

Crowned yay for new babies!!!

Loo hope D swam well :haha: and diet still going well?! Happy not to be pumping??!

Glowie - LOL at J - N also has a heavy head (not square at all... :haha:) and he has only JUST started appreciating tummy time and his head control is much better - he's rolling from front to back - well when I say rolling I more mean falling over if he's propped on his elbows :dohh: no floppy heads here

Cuppie hope the viewing is successful - fingers crossed! And go R on his immense sleeping...now if you've quite finished with the sleep fairy then pass her on please!!!

Mitch - just organised the meeting for going back to work PT for next week. Sooo flipping fed up with pressure from work, get texts/calls/emails all the time about KIT days/when I'm going back - I am looking forward to the meeting just to get them off my back. I want to enjoy my maternity and I seem to be just dreading going back already which is spoiling it a bit. Gah. Think I might be looking for a new job in 2013...

Right off to make sausage casserole with haricot beans and sweet potato mash...sleep N sleep!!!

xxx

oh and a bit of food porn for you FT - we've just had fish finger butties for lunch on cheesy cobs and the fish fingers were enormous taste the difference ones from sainsburys. YUM!

No slowing down of milk supply here :( I think we're meant to regulate supply by now so not be all engorged/squirty so I'm sure G unit is getting exactly what he needs!!! I still am squirty/engorged sadly...:( if N falls off it squirts horribly. He seems to be able to cope with it better now thank goodness...but he still gets very burpy which I blame on my shit tit having a horrid let down.

today has been hard. Really struggling. O wont stop screaming when she's awake  i'm guessing teeth so i've tried letting her bite on everything, putting toy/dummy in fridge, frozen milk, the gel, the powder and Calpol (we don't have any Calprofen). We've tried playing n the floor, in her bouncer, in her jumparo, we've tried the sling and just cuddles but nothing works for more than 2 mins. She's finally asleep but i'm dreading her waking up.

Emera will definitely have to try the shower out

FT I'm gonna have to try to persuade OH that domino's is needed tonight!!!!!!!

bored ladies are mor than welcome to come tidy my place up  i've managed to put some washing on but who knows if i'll ever get round to taking it out again.

Boo L&L - don't like days like that... N was the same just before he fed for an hour and then crashed out at 1pm and he's still flat out. He hadn't slept all morning and was in a complete tizz. I'm refusing to believe that it can be teeth. I am somewhat scared of teeth!!!!!!!! Hope Livy wakes up in a better mood for you but sod the housework!!! :haha: get on the sofa and have lots of snuggles... x

Its now been 10days since N was in contact with my nephew with possible chicken pox - do we think we're out of the woods?? No excessive grumpiness and no spots yet... fingers crossed!

Morning lads. :flower:

After talking about baby sniffles yesterday, my boys are completely fine now. It was a magic 12 hour cold??? In any event, I'm happy that they've stopped blowing massive snot balls out their nose every time they sneeze.

Lozza- Ditto what Cuppie and Mitch said about trying out the nursery. It's definitely worth a try for a few nights.

Mouse- Are you feeling any better?

FT- I hate the "let's be healthy crap." :growlmad: Yesterday, I had a moment of weakness and picked up McDs. I felt so guilty about it afterwards that I only ate 1/2 of the fries. :dohh: My main problem is that I still haven't managed any regular exercise My arms are getting very strong though. If only I could figure out how to carry the babies with my ab muscles, so my tummy would get toned. :haha:

L&L - Sorry for the screamy day. :hugs: I hope when she wakes up, she will have gotten it all out of her system.

Drool-- K is like a faucet. Not only does he soak his clothes, but if he leans forward a bit, a massive stream of saliva splatters on the floor. He doesn't seem bothered by it.

WT, same with A for drool! It's disgusting - I'm constantly wiping her chin, and she wears a lot of bibs otherwise her chest gets red and irritated from the constant wetness.

FT - details: boy, born early morning, 8 lb 3 oz. Don't want to write name for fear of google, but first name is shared with a certain actor _____ Gosling. Baby has a massive head apparently. Going out to meet him in 2 weeks!! Yay for another cousin for A - it's her first on that side, but she has 11 on DH's side of the family!

Ft - he's finally had a growth spurt after a few weeks of slightly dipping down the %s, has put on a pound in the last 2 weeks so now just under 14lb. They don't want me back for a month now but I might go sooner if I feel like it!

Just had 15 mins of screaming before finally Passing out in my arms. Most unlike him slthough he did it one night on hols when massively overtired . He's been irritable all day since seeing the osteo, who thinks he's now much better and didn't need to see me again! That saved the awkward conversation about me not wanting to do more sessions! He has got better, whether it's that or age I'll never know. Hope today is a blip! He's got a stuffed nose so could be that.
L&l - hope O has settled for you!

DRIBBLE! we're all about the dribble here, there's enough to fill a swimming pool.

My OH found out he didn't get the job :( boooo!

M doing something really weird...jyst fed her....shes on playmat and is smacking her lips together and sucking in bottom one. Not sure what thats all :wacko:about

Oh and swimming, we found the warmest combination was a disposable swim nappy (boots do ones that are better than Huggies) with a neoprene wetsuit thing on top. it just went over his body, not arms and legs but meant his body was warm so he lasted longer. I had bought a uv protective thing from mothercare but to be honest it was a right pain to wrestle him into so just used the wetsuit in the end with suncream and a hat. I'll post a picture on FB as cant work out how to get from phone to here.

not sure mitch? maybe just a new development? O started blowing raspberries the other day out of know where

I'm giving my SIL, whose due in November, pram advise. Oh the memories of that mine field.

Mitch, G does the lip-smacking and sucking, too! I think they're just realizing they have lips, lol.

WT, I'm feeling slightly better, thanks! Last year exactly this time I got really sick... Our conception story is like a horror movie. I was so sick but refused to take anything, and we were in Vegas and it was about 400 degrees out... It was worth it, though! Regarding McDs, if you have Netflix you should watch the Jim Gaffigan special, Mr. Universe. He has a huge bit about McDs.

L&L, sorry OH didn't get the job.

FT, I have no food porn to share. Coconut ice cream and gluten, soy, and dairy free cookies? Not so appetizing. ;p

Crowned, I love that name!
