Hi there!
I am on 5-6dpo on month 7 of TTC. I really hope this is our lucky month! we tried SMEP for the first time this month (very exhausting). I will be testing on 1st March (or maybe just after as worried about chemical pregnancy due to my short luteal phase) if AF doesn't show up when she is due on 28th Feb.

SMEP- Sperm Meets Egg Plan

BD from CD 8 every other day until you get a positive OPK (Start using OPK fromCD10). BD day of positive OPK, the next day and the day after. Skip a day and BD one last time. As you can see a lot of is involved. hahaha
