Maternity Coats - I know it's been done before...

Swanny they sell well on ebay afterwards - for near the RRP so if you buy now, wear it for a few months you can sell it on after and get your money back.

I hate to say it but new look coats are such poor quality, I too bought that black coat - had to take it back as the buttons had fallen off. I wanted an exchange but a few of them on the rail had missing buttons too so I decided against it.

PS> That red herring coat is even nicer in real life, seen it in Debenhams on the weekend - it looks more black than navy. The reason I didn't buy it is it looks so posh & I really needed something that could be worn for both casual & weekends because of the school run etc.

I got that 1 and within an hour 2 buttons fell off. I exchanged it and same thing happened again, it's possible my new look just got a bad batch but it looks like they used cheap thread to sew big buttons on and it snapped. I've got my eye on 1 in debenhams now!

ive got the same coat from new look and the same thing happened to me too, I dont think they are brilliantly made tbh but i guess it was fairly cheap. it was my boobs that made the buttons fall off mine (was pulling across there) so when i sewed them back on i moved them across and now it doesnt pull as much, so hoping i wont lose any buttons again!
