Mayhem Babies! May 2011 mummies and babies

Thanks mummy, off to sterilize now. :p

Sam is like a wee machine, just changed again - vest, sleepsuit, sheets!! I hope going down a size fixes it, this is about the fourth time today and the washing machine is full?! xx

Sounds like Megan - she seems to be constantly peeing and pooping since my milk came in though at least she isn't leaking at the moment! Twice I've had to change a nappy as soon as I've done up the last popper after a previous change!

Megan fits her nb sized cloths quite well and her 0-3 months pretty well too!

Dylan used to leak through all the time too, turned out I was doing his nappy wrong, I kept forgetting to put his willy facing down before I did it up

Did Sam listen 24??? George seems to be insisting on going into 0-3  BUT its baggy on his tummy, he is long and thin lol 0-3 trousers etc wont fit, so he is going to be in sleepsuits and dungarees for the forseeable I think lol Although I do love dungarees lol

Mummy me thinks you might go hungry by Thursday  We definitely need to swop blankies lol You'd think with Joshua in the house we'd have plenty of blue but most of the house is pink

I proper have the munchies! And my sister bought lots of crap while she was here and has left it, arghhhh I so want to snack!

lol most important!!! lol Oh and for boys dont fold the top over because the pee travels up and therefore as it absorbs its can then leak out of the nappy. Keep it flush to his tummy (and back) 24!

Definately willy down. :D

Sam has so many newborn up to 10lb to grow into, and only six that are up to 7lb that fit - So he seems to be listening, but weigh in tomorrow will reveal all.... :p xx

Oh yes willy needs to be down:haha:

Eilidh is currently in an old babygro of Anjas from the Uk, a 0-7lb one and its baggy but preemie just that bit too short, newborn is v baggy but its better than tight:shrug: Here its either preemie or newborn there's no tiny baby. 0-3 has lots of cute little outfits though wiggler:hugs:

New, you have a pink house full of boys ad we have a blue house full of girls

The only NB stuff george fits now is some Asda first size lol, even the MC ones have now become too small, he cant stretch in them and gets frustrated bless him! Next Up to 1 month is also just fitting, although its at full stretch when he straightens his legs! Glad i have plenty of 0-3 sleepsuits lol

The only room thats not pink is Joshuas bedroom, thats all Ben 10 lol I promise not to put George in a dress

What colour should breast milk be? Mine is yellow/orange.... Does this mean anything specific? xx

What does breastmilk look like?

Breastmilk can be thin and watery looking, and may have a blue or yellow tint to it. It can even take on a hint of green, orange or other color if mother has been eating lots of green foods, or other colored foods, especially those with dye, such as green gatoraide. The color of the milk is usually not anything to be concerned about however it's always good to check with a breastfeeding professional to be sure.

seems perfectly normal hun :)

Lol new, Eilidh and Anja both have some boys clothes from Ruaridh, but I do think girls can carry of the boy clothes better than a boy in a dress:haha:

Ok, for lunch, cereal or ice cream?!

ooo ice cream!! lol although you might be better using the cereal while you have milk pmsl

Oh wow - I didnt think id have that now. :D xx

You're still early enough for it, mine lasted a good couple weeks and was orange kinda like an egg yolk lol at first. With you restarting so soon after giving birth seems like you're going through a delayed milk coming in:thumbup:

Ice cream flavors are butter pecan or vanilla and milk is good for a week:haha:

Caramel sauce in the cupboard and i believe we have sprinkles:haha:

George just latched on to the sore boob and it was just the 'oooo you're on pain' nothing major! I cant believe the tablets really did work in 24 hours as promised :)
